My family would like to invite travelers to stay with us at our farm in the centre of NSW at Condobolin 5 hours drive west of Sydney. We have been having so much fun hosting people and making new friends.

You will see the most amazing Australian birds including kookaburra and different types of parrots. You can find kangaroos and emus in almost every paddock. Take in a beautiful Sunset anytime of the year. In your spare time there is great swimming in the creek or in summer we can take you to catch freshwater crayfish. Plenty of bush and open space to get 'lost' in.

A 10 000 acre (4000ha) property with up to 5000 sheep, 200 cattle and 1500 acres of crop.

We are all very interested in growing and producing our own food. We have an orchard and grow a large veggie garden. We also have chooks, geese, turkeys and ducks.

We are a family of five, Tim and Sue (mid 40's) Max and Tiff (26 & 23) and our Nan (70). We live and work on the property and also travel in our spare time.

We also breed Labrador and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dogs. We very much love dogs.

Condobolin, New South Wales

We require workaways to cook while they are here, there is at least 6 for dinner when we are hosting someone so it takes some effort to cook and clean. You will also be working in the garden with weeding etc. Workaways will also take an active role in the Cleaning, Feeding and Playing with our breeding dogs. You will also get the opportunity to work with the sheep and cattle depending on the schedule at the time. You will also be expected to take part in general farm labour, a regular job is to collect sticks and rocks from the paddocks to clear the ground. Workaways must be physically fit and healthy, People with allergies need to consider they will be outdoors and also with animals including dogs. You will need good strong enclosed boots without laces and appropriate clothing, Hat and sunscreen.

English, You must be able to speak and understand english.

Workawayers stay in our furnished two bedroom train carriage which is close to the main house. It has a full kitchen and bathroom. Also Air conditioning, woodfire, hotwater, fridge, microwave and TV. Can easily accomodate groups. NO Pets of any kind! Also on the farm there is an inground swimming pool. We have limited access to the internet. Condobolin is serviced by both bus and train from sydney most days of the week and we will pick you up in condobolin.
