We are based in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu promoting development through the medium of football on a daily basis. Providing young indians with a chance to play football will not only enhance their fitness but also skills like team-building, self-esteem, friendship, togetherness with the society, self-confidence and creativity. Organized coaching sessions with various trained coaches are conducted touching as many as seven hundred children every day. we have been conducting a nationwide football contest annually which has so far witnessed participation from 7 different states for the last 3 years. The tournament serves as a supreme platform for showcasing young talents and enables us to pick the squad that would represent the country in the Homeless World Cup. Our charity soccer has been taking care of the travel and accommodation charges of all the participants and their coaches over these years. We have been actively involved in helping the participants to get basic education and trying to put ‘drop outs’ back in to academics. We also encourage them to practice arts and crafts like dance, singing, poetry, drama.To keep tabs on the physical health of the participants we organize regular health check–ups by a general physician and a paediatrician. Psychological counselling is regularly done by a professional to assess the situation and evaluate behavioural changes, observation of instructional response. Nutrition talks present simplified facts of health and hygiene in the form of a program that makes it easy for our beneficiaries to make good choices when it comes to feeding their family. Through books, documentaries, photography and films we educate children on topics like Wildlife, Forests, water conservation, sanitation and Garbage Recycling so that they become environmentally responsible.

Hi ! I am Louisa but I like to be called Weeza. I live with my 2 daughters ('the girls') aged 11 and 8 ,and 2 cats and 2 guinea pigs ( known as 'the boys') in a village close to Frome in Somerset. My eldest daughter goes to a local middle school and the youngest goes to the local steiner school. I run my own small business and work about 16 hours a week . We are a pagan family who welcome those of all faiths or none equally, I would like to return to my pagan creativity ( writing/singing/creating ceremony) with the time free'd up by having workaway in our home. We all enjoy gardening, swimming,reading,campfires and being craftily creative - the girls are seriously into knitting and drawing at the moment. The girls spend one weekend a month with their father who lives 20 min drive away. Our medaeval village has its own small grocery shop, cafe, church, pub and castle ! There are plenty of beautiful local walks too. Frome is a 15 min bus ride from our village and from there you can catch a train or bus to most of the bigger towns and cities in the Southwest. Frome is a vibrant small town with good arts and music scene, growing steiner community, and good basic amenities. I drive to Glastonbury (about 40 mins away) about once a week. So although we are rural there is plenty to do. Or you can just relax and enjoy our home.

We are Quennell Lake Livestock Conservancy, a conservation breeding facility for endangered breeds of livestock and poultry. We currently work with 5 breeds of chicken, ducks, goats, and horses. This is a social enterprise with the following goals: • To maintain viable breeding populations of selected endangered breeds and promote these breeds to the farming community and the general public • To develop and promote environmentally, socially and economically sustainable farming practices that are well adapted to our local landscapes and climate • To provide learning and training opportunities for children, young people and those with challenges QLLC is a 20 acre farm, located just south of Nanaimo on beautiful Vancouver Island, off the West Coast of Canada. The farm has an orchard, pastures, a creek and a little bit of forest. We are close to the ocean, as well as a lake, forests and many hiking trails. Caring for the animals, upgrading the existing infrastructure, as well as establishing a year-round market garden and farm shop and farm teaching programs are the main priorities. Please be aware that this is a farm in a rural area. The nearest bus stop is 3 km away. Once you are here, you are pretty much stuck here unless you like to walk or are bringing your own transportation. We can offer occasional rides into town etc. The farm is not suitable for people with any allergies to animals, hay, pollen etc. We have a no smoking policy.
