Help artists with their cortijo (Farm house) in Spain

Description

We are Steffi and Steven, proud owners of an old cortijo with centuries of history. For 4 years we have been trying to reform the property, while bringing it in to the 21st Century. Steffi is an artist, whose paintings have been travelling through the UK and Spain, and has been a great supporter of the British Art Foundation. Steven is a craftsman, using wood as his main material.
We have been working hard on our place, beautiful traditional, hacienda-type, cortijo set among olive groves and are happy to welcome artists, craftsmen as well as any nature lovers, looking to volunteer in this very special setting.
You will also be under the guarding eye of Picasso, their cat.

Work

Our place is always in need of care, as per being a large cortijo. Whether it be painting, cleaning, repairing the odd roof etc, Steven will appreciate any extra help. It is also in dire need of green hands to help Steffi and the multiple dedicated garden areas.

Accommodation

We offer double bedroom and bathroom and 3 meals a day. Do come to us, we are both great cooks!! You will also be able to enjoy the large swimming pool at the front of the property.
