I'm a former repairer and designer with a vast amount of experience in building and rebuilding properties. I live together with my Ukrainian wife (a teacher for Russian, Ukrainian, German and English) in a remote village in between Sewastopol and Yalta, located in the beautiful mountains and surrounded by nature and quietness. All the best sight seeing attractions on the Crimea are within 50km from where we live. We are a German and Russian speaks Family. Due to a work related illness I have lost some function in my hands, which means that I can still show other people how to do some of the necessary works, but am not able to fulfil them myself long term. Ich bin ein ehemaliger Restaurator mit viel Erfahrung im Um und Ausbau von Häusern und lebe sei 8 Jahren mit meiner ukrainischen Ehefrau und unseren zwei Töchtern in einem kleinen Dorf auf der Krim. Zwischen Sewastopol und Yalta in herrlichen Bergen. Bei uns bekommen sie Anschluß an Familie, Freunde und ukrainische Kultur. Wir werden gemeinsam arbeiten und alle anfallenden Fragen auch gemeinsam entscheiden. Ich suche für 1-2 Monaten einen Praktikanten der wirklich lernen will. Bei gegenseitigem Gefallen können es auch 1-2 Jahre werden. Was kann man machen um ein gutes, praktisches, ökologisches Haus zu bauen? -wie muss man ein Grundstück mit Haus planen, ganzheitlich, denn alle Einzelheiten bedingen einander -wie kommt man zu einem fast geschlossenen Wasserkreislauf -wie plant/baut man eine Abwasserbehandlung und integriert diese in das Gesamtkonzept des Grundstückes -wie baut man einen Brunnen und wie verlegt man Wasserleitungen -wie baut man einen Ziegelofen, der das ganze Haus beheizt und das Wasser erwärmt und wie kann man das mit einer Solaranlage kombinieren -was ist wichtig, was unnötig bei der Wärmedämmung -warum gibt es Schimmel in den Ecken moderner Häuser Sämtliche Bauwerkzeuge und Spezialgeräte habe ich und alles funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Nur leider funktionieren meine Hände nicht mehr so recht. Deswegen suche ich junge Leute die bei mir etwas lernen WOLLEN und mir helfen das Haus fertig zu bauen.

Looking for couples all year round so please ask. We need a couples for finishing off the barn extension to create a dining room (making staircase and table) and the veggie gardening planting and weeding season. We need couples with carpentery skills or happy to work outside on their own. We are a fun loving family of Matt, Becky, Edouard (6) and Henri (4) and Dusty (cocker spaniel) Heidi (labrodoodle) Bobby and Molly the cats and Pinky and Perky the pigs! We are looking for a bit of extra help to finish off those odd jobs and under take general gardening/landscaping and help with the continuation of renovations. Whilst we have renovated our home over the last 7 years, we are now working on the barn extension which is difficult to complete with a young family and busy work life.

Managed by Maria, Colombian, 27 years old, she manages marketing around the world and is a partner with me in the business. Have an 18 months child. Fredy, Maria's husband, a 37 year old PADI Dive Master . Runs all the diving and snorkel operation. I'm, Camilo, 37 year old, PADI Instructor, business partner with Maria, and I'm in charge of the strategic and financial matter.
