Description

Hi there Workaway people.
My name is Ann
I live at Woodbridge, a charming village on the D'Entrecasteau Channel
I have a 2.2 acre patch, a stones throw (litereally) from the water, overlooking the Channel with Bruny Island on the horizon, seaeagles perching in the trees looking for tucker with wallabies, wabbits and worms for company
On the property I have a small market garden, auite a large Veg garden and a small production plant for my artisan product
I make wine grape jellies, fruiut pastes, chutney, vinegar and garlic sauce, to name a few.
I have a stall at Salamanca Market which I share with Bruny Island Cheese and Divine Addictions. I will also be starting to trade at the market at MONA in December.
I do all this when I have,t got something better to do like go fishing, snorkling or just mucking about in the water.
I have a small semi self containned cabin in garden, with 2 bunks. Breakfast in the cabin and all other meals in the house.

Help

Tasks include mowing, brushcutting, the occasional chain saw, some weeding but I practice the no dig, much mulch, technique to keep the weed at bay.
Some help in the production kitchen and at the markets.
Otherwise, hopefully, fun.
Hope this sounds of interest
Regards Ann
