Hello,
I’m looking for someone to help my partner and I to help build a wooden field shelter for a pony, We are looking at doing this at the end of November latest, so probably a stay of 1 week.
Located in Normandy, 20km south of Caen.
Own tools would be useful. Experience essential. We will be using reclaimed materials for the project.
Own en suite room and all food provided.

We stayed 3 weeks at this hardworking lovable family. We had a very very very nice room! Our day started at 9 and in the afternoon there is a huge lunch. After lunch we worked for a few hours more. My time with this family on their beautiful farm, was just wonderful. Kate and Stéphane are lovely people, who made me feel very welcome and the children are funny and kind. Kate's food was just awesome and my room was gorgeous. I also loved the dog, the horses and the cute chickens and I would highly recommend this workaway experience.

Franz stayed on our farm in Normandy from mid- October to the end of December 2009 and was very helpful, hard working, quiet and polite. He always did the jobs he was asked to do (for us, it was lots of painting) and was a pleasant person to have staying with our family. We would recommend him as a reliable Workaway-er.
