Area: Ariège Pyrénées

We are a family of 5 with 3 daughters age 8, 11 and 13. We live in a very beautiful and wild area in the Couserans in the Ariege. Our house is a the end of a small road with beautiful views over mountains. We currently have a small gite next to our house and are in the process of finishing renovating a barn to also rent out to tourists. I am a photographer and organise photo workshops /trekking for young people in schools and local organisations. John occasionally gives trainings on intercultural communication in other parts of France and abroad. We have lived and travelled abroad and are used to meeting people from other cultures and all walks of life. We like meeting new people and getting to know them, and so do our children who are used to engage with guests staying in our gite.

Area: Ardeche

We run a yurt campsite which enjoys a magnificent position perched above the Ardeche River gorge. The gorge, 300 metres deep at some points, twists and turns below and offers some of France's most breathtaking and rugged scenery. One of only two camps within the Ardeche Gorge nature reserve, and is beautiful in its simplicity.

Hi, we are a group of four people who are about to lease an organic farm. The farm is located in western Germany near the cities Cologne (about 40 km), Düsseldorf (30 km) and Wuppertal (10 km). Right now we are starting to work on that farm and from February on we will be responsible for the whole thing. On our farm there are some chicken, 20 cows, 20 pigs, 3 donkey. From spring on we will plant vegetables, too. We are selling our products by our own delivery service and in a cafe located on the farm.
