We spend 3 months at the hostel and it was good. we really liked the facilities and the quietness of the hostel, with many common areas to chill in and nice people staying at the hostel. definitively a good place to stay for a couple of months. Special thanks to Anna!

We spent three wonderful weeks on Benjamin's farm. It is a safe space in the middle of the mountains. The animals are adorable, the sunsets are incredible. Inger is a Lovely person and a great listenner that we miss already :) 😚

I had a wonderful 10 days stay at Babita's place and each day was memorial for me. Plenty place to trek around and experience nepali village life. I was given private small room and food was really nice and guess i am taking few local recipe with me. Special thanks to Junu , who showed me around and explain things i was curious about. I get to spend a day at village school also and really appreciate the effort Babita putting to give thess kids something extra to groom them. Well Dingla is pretty interesting place (earlier i wasn't aware of its history). Thanks Babita and her family for sharing your place and experience the nepali village life. Good luck for future plans and see you guys someother time.

Words are useless. André is a wizard and his environment is magic. He welcomed us and our dog with an open spirit and generosity that will stay with us forever. He seemed to sense exactly what might interest us or what we might need every day. Whether space, silence, physical projects, mosaic, gardening and he somehow pulled off arranging a concert, of us (!) with 35 villagers watching, for our last night and to round off our trip. It’s his kindness, his attention to details, his universal love. We feel we have met one of those people who is here on this Earth to remind us of who we are. Thank you, André. CJ, Billy et Nube.♥️

What happens when you mix Marie Kondo, a comedian and a rainbow? It is our Isabella! Thank you for spreading your beauty, strength, care, jokes and of course your help with creating two (!) terraces, a flatstone path and more. May our paths cross again soon!

It's been about two months since I've been staying with Mie, and she is very kind and accommodating! She's always willing to help, and ensures I'm able to maintain the routines I kept back in England. As a pianist, and she made sure I was able to practice, even while living away from home! Living and working alongside her is both comfortable, and enjoyable. Thank you!!

Where can I begin .. I think there are some meetings who are planned. I’m so thankful to have been in his house and share my time with him & beautiful and cuteness Polly !! George is the best host for lots of different point. He takes care about you, do his best for you, try to show you his love for his country. He’s very listening and talkative who are a huge (say she 😅) strength. I worked with him but as well with myself, and I did different tasks in the farm, take care of animals, cleaning, diy, computer stuff, wood work. In many ways, George was there for me and was helpful. I’m so glad to cross his road and continue to stay in touch. Go there eyes closed! Many thanks G!

Our original plan was to stay in Kuala Lumpur for 1 month to help Evelyn renovate her apartment. But we loved it so much that we ended up staying for 3 months. Many thanks again to Evelyn for her warm welcome, she's a gem. We were so sad to have to leave, but at the same time so happy to have experienced all that we did in Kuala Lumpur in the presence of our warm host Evelyn. She was so helpful and showed us great places to visit. It started as a workaway and ended as a friendship 🫶 An unforgettable experience, thank you again Candice & Guillaume

I stayed with Michelle and Bob for 3 months, and to sum up what I experienced in one comment is very complicated for me ! I felt at home with them, with Mom and Dad haha 🤭 I was able to discover so many things : - making maple syrup; - grafting apple trees; - woodworking; - building a cabin in Cob; - cleaning a deerskin... So many things...but in this list I liked everything I could do. If you like to work (outside, inside sometimes when the weather is really horrible), touch everything, be in the middle of nature in a quiet place, share family moments (cooking, table games...), this is the place for you ! I'm really going to miss you and the place ! I really hope I'll be able to come back and extend the list of things I've done, and tell you all about my adventures in Western Canada ! We stayed almost two months at Clive and Lesley’s farm and we enjoyed every minute of it. They have been the most welcoming people ever. We feel really lucky to have had the chance to stay at their place for that long. So many things to say… We loved discovering more about Clive and Lesley’s stories and adventures. We learned so much and they really inspired us. We were also very happy to meet all their beloved animals, and even had the chance to feed them, it was amazing as they are all very friendly and so cute. The food at their farm was amazing and Clive always provided us with anything we could need. We liked sharing recipes and were lucky enough to learn about his secret ingredients. We were living in one of the tiny homes, and we loved it so much ! Clive also helped us in so many ways during our stay, starting with helping us finding the best flights for our return home, helping us fixing and selling our van… and so many others things. He even drove us to the airport multiple times to take our flights, which was very helpful because we had so many luggage with us. The life on the farm was relaxing and joyful, everything we needed. We also had the chance to meet other workawayers that stayed at the same time as us and made friends for life. We are forever grateful for this wonderful experience and couldn’t be were we are now without them. We will never forget our experience here. We think our Australian journey would have been so different if we had the chance to start here, but we couldn’t find a better place to end it. Thank you again for everything.

Val et Laurent sont "Le Best!!!" I am so grateful for my time staying with them at their beautiful home. They truly have a peaceful oasis amongst the French countryside with a garden full of loads of animals (all very sweet) to keep you company. I originally came for just a few weeks, and they were kind enough to immediately welcome me back for another weeklong stay soon after. They are an extremely kind and generous couple that will make you feel so welcomed and at home. They were always checking in to making sure I felt comfortable and was having fun. I was only ever asked to do jobs for a few hours each day that might interest me and suit my skill set. They're a very funny and cool couple that have so many interesting topics and stories to share over dinner which I did my best to understand in French. This is a very lax, peaceful, easy-going environment. I am going to miss them so much and grew very attached to their animals which are very well looked after in such a loving home. Bisous bisous to Petit-Loup et Silver, mes meilleurs amis! À tout à leur! <3

Staying with Tobias and Yasmin has been my favorite workaway yet. I haven't done that many but would love to return there and help them with out again if the opportunity arises, Tobias is an encyclopedia of information. You could point to any plan or weed and he'd know the name or family! The kids are all super fun and engaging and Yasmin is a phenomenal cook and extremely easygoing. They grow so many different types of plants and you can easily spend the day working. My only regret was not being able to do more work when the family left for a few days two times while I was there. A 10/10 workaway and thank you so much Toby, Yasmin, and the kids.

I had an amazing time with Carlota, Ignasi, and Kai. This was my first Workaway experience, so I didn't know what to expect. They made me feel at home right away. I stayed with them for about 2 weeks. The work I had to do was a variety of things like maintenance, cleaning, and cooking. This way, it felt like no day was the same. They live in a beautiful area with a nice little village nearby and a beautiful natural park. On my days off, I went to Girona and Cadaqués. I also really liked the food they made. I got to try a lot of different things. Thank you for having me, and I hope to see you again in the future!

Thibaut is a pleasant and hardworking person. He lived with us during the busiest lambing season. He was self-motivated and very good at seeing what needed to be done. He was also very easy to live with. Many thanks for all the good help Thibaut. :)

Anton and Lea were a pleasure to have stay in our home. We made a list together of things that needed doing and everything was completed to a high standard above and beyond what we expected with no fuss. They work well together as a team and are a pleasure to have around. As well as general maintenance around the home they helped our children with outdoor activities, flying kites, playing games and long walks which the children thoroughly enjoyed. If your looking for a competent couple I can thoroughly recommend Anton and Lea

What about of one the most beautiful souls passed through our house?? Issy has been a precious help and incredible human-being for these weeks together. With Claire, another workawayer, an incredible connection has been created and we have already organized to come back here again next week. : ) Issy is a great worker, calm, joyful and with a good sense of humor. We shared a lot of time together and we all fell in love with her Afghan biscuits! We were all very comfortable sharing spaces with Issy, she is a very sociable and pleasant person. It was possible to communicate easily and flexibly on the tasks assigned with a great sense of responsibility. I highly recommend to host this gorgeous Kiwi girl in your home, you will not regret it at all! : ) Many thanks Issy and see you soon xx

Our first workaway couldn't be better than this. We stayed 12 days in this beautiful familyfarm of Eva and Frank and their daughters Milu and Stazinka, we had a lot of fun with. Eva and Frank are really relax and open persons, we could speak with them freely and we could understand each other easy. We helped in the garden, cooking, in the house, we built a outdoor shower, we climbed big trees to cut some old branches, we cut some wood and we did also a lot of slackline with Milu and Stazinka. We ate fantastic cooked food from the hands of Eva and we also cooked a lot in the fire. We could exchange about topics like permaculture, sustainability, travel, healthy living and culture. We could also lern some new czech words with the big help of Milu. We are really thankful for the great time together and the inspiring art of life. Saludos and anbundant life for you nice people:)

Michal and Aine are a wonderful couple to have around, trustworthy, respectful, clean and tidy couple. Both are hardworking and smart in many tasks from cooking, housekeeping, DIY to social media and more. You won't be disappointed having this couple help with a variety of projects. We wish them all the best and hope to see them again in the near future 🙏🏼
