Hello everyone!
My name is Luca and I'm passionate about traveling and seeking authentic experiences. I'm 21 years old and I study computer engineering at University in Turin. I'm here on Workaway because I love exploring the world, but what truly excites me is connecting with people and immersing myself completely in local culture. In my opinion, this is the only true way to fully understand and appreciate a new place, while creating lasting memories. It was last year that I truly understood how important this is to me, thanks to amazing people who hosted me through Couchsurfing or whom I met while walking the Camino de Santiago, or the ones I met volunteering with Workaway. I realized that I'm really fascinated by the beauty of the world's variety!
I would like to emphasize that I am a very flexible person, and I think my comfort zone is adapting to a new context! I enjoy encountering new challenges, and I believe that's the only way to truly grow. I'm willing to take on any kind of work, even beyond my expertise. I look forward to learning new skills!
Furthermore, I love walking and spending time in nature. I particularly enjoy traveling on foot or by bike, especially when the journey itself is the main focus. It's a great way to experience the world and living the essence of it.
I'm a very curious person, I love cooking and the world of the food, I think it's very representative of the local culture.
In addition to my passion for traveling, I enjoy sports, especially football (soccer), and I really appreciate cinema, reading, and theater.Intereses

Algo más...
• Studying computer engineering has provided me with some experience with PCs and management software like Excel. If needed, I would be happy to contribute my knowledge in the field of computer science during my stay.
• I am an animal lover and have spent time assisting with the care of domestic animals. I would be happy to help with animals during my stay. I have no experience with "farm" animals like goats, horses or anything else, but I'd love to try, I have a lot of patience, so I think it could work!
• I would greatly enjoy expanding my skills in manual labor. It would be my pleasure to be useful in construction, maintenance, or renovation projects.Más información

They are amazing, at the beginning I was the only volunteer in the farm and they made me feel at home, completely part of the family. They gave me the possibility to discover how beautiful the goats are and I really have… read more
