Hi, I am Grace. I am embarking on a solo-travel adventure around South America so that I can finally perfect my Spanish skills, experience new culture and new people, and find out a little more about myself. I am a very calm, centred person but I am hoping to awaken part of the thrill-seeking, adventure-loving kid that I once was whilst on my travels! I absolutely love food and cooking, and since I became vegan I have become much more experimental in the kitchen. I also love nature, animals and holistic living.

Que habilidades tienes?

I have a wide range of skills and abilities that I can offer. Firstly I have a degree in Neuroscience which taught me critical thinking, independent working and also, lots of information about the brain and body! I also have a certification in Health and Life Coaching and I have worked with clients to help them overcome subconscious blocks to become a healthier and happier version of themselves. I also have extensive experience in the hospitality and catering industry, with my most recent adventure being working as a Chalet Host in the French Alps. This advanced my skills in cooking, cleaning, hosting, communicating with guests and hospitality. Furthermore, we have an allotment at home so I have helped my mum with planting seeds and harvesting crops (on a small scale!) over the years.

I am a quick-learner, I can work well on my own and within a team, and I do not shy away from getting my hands dirty! I love being outdoors and in nature, helping people and/or animals and contributing to a worthy cause.
