After a successful 12 year career in senior living management, and 10+ years as a high school athletics coach, I decided to take a sabbatical in August of 2022. I have spent the last year studying and practicing spirituality, studying psychology, and connecting more deeply to the natural world. I have been a valuable member of the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga residential community for the past year. I am highly motivated by the peace and insight brought by meditation. I find happiness in so much of life. I love playing ice hockey, swimming in lakes, being engaged with others towards a common purpose, spending time with family, and picking plumbs from the tree.
