Hello everyone! I'm Fabio (23 yo) and I live in Puglia, an extraordinary region in southern Italy, which forms the "heel" of the Italian boot. I am passionate about Hospitality and Food, and these two passions have pushed me to attend a Master in F&B at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, now just finished with flying colors ! Thanks to this training, I had the opportunity to carry out a 6-month internship in a magnificent hotel in Portofino, the SPLENDIDO MARE, where I really knew the world of hospitality and its operation. In this period I would like to live an adventure even at the last minute, to meet and meet new people and cultures and enrich my experiences. In addition to the passion for food and cooking, I love animals and I am not afraid to get my hands dirty, (I volunteered in kennels for several months), I like to travel and constantly enrich my cultural and mental baggage and get involved with languages.
Ah, I was forgetting about my three four-legged friends, with whom I'm madly in love, who teach me every day what it means to LOVE !

What am I able to do ? Various things hahah, I'm very good in the kitchen and with animals, (I am vegetarian for many years and have three dogs that I take care of) . Besides this I like to swim and practice water sports , I have both the patent lifeguard for sea and pool and the diving license for diving.
During my studies I did several jobs as a waiter and bar, and help chef.
Last summer I spent it in Portofino in Liguria, and here I learned the art of preparing pesto in a mortar, unmistakable and fragrant Ligurian Pesto.
I am very passionate about sustainability and in all its facets and I believe in its potential to be able to change the future of all of us.Edad
