  Hi :)
  
  We are Marina and Callum. Marina is Spanish and Cal is English. We are recently married and we are in our 30s. We also have a water dog named Comet whom we adore.
  
  We are friendly, easy going people. We run our own business (a surfcamp and lodging) so we spend a lot of time at home when we are not running it.
  
  We both love surfing and this place is the perfect place to do so: sunny and warm with lovely waves. You are more than welcome to join us whenever we get in the water.
  We also have surfing gear for you to use for free.
  
  There are also great routes for road cycling and gravel biking.
  
  We are eager on learning about STUCCO finishing, landscaping in general, techniques to gather the water from the rain, and fixing cracks on walls...
  
  Please, apply ONLY if you are over 25 years old. Also, you need to be independent as we will not be in the house with you all the time and it would be good if you had a car or van, as the house is 5km away fro civilization.

  Somos Marina y Callum. Marina es española y Cal es inglés. Nos hemos casado recientemente y estamos en la treintena. También tenemos un perro de agua, Cometa, al que adoramos.
  
  Nos encanta estar con gente y solemos tener invitados en casa. Llevamos nuestro propio negocio (un surfcamp y un alojamiento) así que pasamos mucho tiempo en casa.
  
  A los dos nos encanta surfear y este lugar es perfecto para hacerlo: soleado y cálido con olas preciosas. Eres más que bienvenidx a unirte a nosotros siempre que nos metamos en el agua.
  También disponemos de material de surf gratuito.
  
  También hay rutas estupendas para hacer ciclismo por la carretera y gravel..
  Necesitamos a alguien que nos enseñe a trabajar el ESTUCO entre otras.
  
  También necesitamos siempre ayuda con la jardinería en general, ideas y técnicas para recoger el agua de la lluvia, y alguien que sepa arreglar grietas en las paredes...
  
  Por favor, aplica SOLO si tienes más de 25 años. También debes ser independiente, pues no estaremos en la casa todo el tiempo y sería ideal si tienes tu propio coche o furgoneta ya que la casa está a 5km de la civilación.

  We LOVE surfing. So when there is a swell you'll find us in the water and you are more than welcome to join us or just do whatever you feel like. We are not strict at all about when to work. Quite flexible.
  
  Marina loves cooking and will teach you about Spanish food and about desserts/bread.
  Marina also loves music.
  You'll hear English and Spanish so you'll be able to practice both.
  
  
  Callum has grown up around bikes. So he can teach you anything you want about them.
  He is also an amazing photographer so you'll be able to learn about that too, and to take home amazing memories captured by him.

  Ayuda

  We recently bought a lovely piece of land in la Costa de la Luz, a stunningly beautiful corner of the world where Europe meets Africa and we need some help with it :)
  
  The land is 7000m2 contains 4 Mongolian yurts, a wooden cabin that houses the common kitchen, bathrooms for those yurts, and a Andalusian style 2 bedroom house.
  
  The land and plants need constant attention; weeds grow everywhere and they need be pulled out. We also want to plan new things for the garden (your ideas are always welcomed).
  
  URGENT!!!!!!!
  We are looking for a BUILDER who knows about laying tiles.

  The general jobs are:
  - Painting the house
  - Redoing the STUCCO* counter top
  - Redoing the STUCCO in the bathroom
  - Plastering
  - Gardening
  - Landscaping to make the land look nice.
  - Building an irrigation system.
  - Ideas to improve the water system in order to collect more rain water.
  - General cleaning
  - Creating a veggie garden.
  - Content creation
  
  
  We still need handy people who have good vibes and who are willing to share adventures, beers or a glass of wine and experiences. (Great for surfers as well!)

  Hace poco que compramos esteterreno precioso en la Costa de la Luz, un rincón del mundo de una belleza impresionante, donde Europa se encuentra con África.... y necesitamos ayuda con él :)
  
  El terreno tiene 7000m2 y contiene 4 yurtas, una cabaña de madera que alberga la cocina común, baños para esas yurtas y una casa de estilo andaluz de 2 dormitorios.

  Alojamiento

  You will sleep in a cozy yurt or house and will share the bathrooms with guests or other workaways.
  
  As for food, we'll always provide breakfast. We'll cook and provide lunch when we work, (there might be days in which we won't work) and cooking preparation and cleaning is shared.
  Our area is quite rural so we have to be a careful with water consumption.
  
  Note: we don’t have a dishwasher ;)

  Algo más...

  It would be ideal if you brought your bike or car. Public transport is very limited so you’d need your own car/bike.
  
  IMPORTANT: we don’t live on the property. We live 20’ away although we tend to go daily. There will be days in which we won’t go and those you won’t need to do any work. For this same reason you’ll also need to be independent as you will need to be OK being in a house/yurt in the country side on your own. For this reason it is better if there is 2 of you. It is preferable that you have a car or a van.
  
  As we mentioned before, surfing is big around and so is windsurfing and kitesurfing.
  You can cycle and walk around la Breña natural park and take walks along the beach and the trafalgar lighthouse; it's a stunningly beutiful place to be at, honestly.
  
  You could also go horse riding or visit the white villages around which are outstanding.
  This area is known for its cheap food and incredibly high quality tuna. So, if you like eating well and fairly cheap this is the place to be.
  
  Our neighbor always has Workawayers so you will meet a lot of interesting people. There is always something to do!

  Sería ideal que trajeras tu bicicleta o coche. El transporte público es muy limitado, así que necesitarás tu propio coche/bicicleta.
  
  IMPORTANTE: no vivimos en esta propiedad. Vivimos a 20’ aunque solemos ir a diario. Habrá días en los que no vayamos pero en esos días no tendrás que trabajar. Por este motivo buscamos a gente independiente ya que estarás en una Yurta/casa en el campo. Por eso es mejor que seáis 2. Es mejor que traigáis un vehículo.
  
  Como hemos mencionado antes, hay mucho surf en la zona, y también windsurf y kitesurf.
  
  Se puede ir en bicicleta y caminar por el parque natural de la Breña, o dar paseos por la playa y por el faro de Trafalgar; es un lugar precioso, la verdad.
  
  También puedes montar a caballo o visitar los pueblos blancos de los alrededores, que son excepcionales.
  Esta zona es conocida por su comida barata y su atún de increíble calidad. Así que si te gusta comer bien y bastante barato este es el lugar para ello.
  
  Nuestro vecino siempre tiene Workaways por lo que conocerás a mucha gente. ¡Siempre hay algo que hacer!

  There is a small parking in the property, but I wouldn't sleep there. You can sleep in a Yurt or house.
