CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR LAST MINUTE MAY VOLUNTEERS!
Our hotel is the place where you can reconnect with nature, be without the constriction of time while enjoying a simple, organic and eco-friendly lifestyle. Here you can relax and enjoy the unique beauty of Lake Atitlán, surrounded by a lush and tranquil environment. We have 12 rooms which are set in the hillside of a local village, all of which require at least a bit of a climb to reach. We have a restaurant that serves healthy and delicious meals cooked by local mayan workers and a bar serving mixed drinks, wine and beer.
We are looking for a volunteer receptionist that speaks and writes advanced English, intermediate/advanced Spanish and has hospitality experience. We provide full room and board, but living somewhere else is also a possibility. We require at least 6 weeks minimum commitment and a strong willingness to live in a natural and somewhat rural environment and have flexibility with hours.
Shifts will predominantly be in the afternoon and evening with some morning shifts sometimes.
In exchange for your work, you will be provided with a private or shared room (depending on availability) with a shared bathroom and three meals a day.
Sometimes when we are quiet in the evenings you will be required to cook dinner for yourself in the restaurant kitchen.
PLEASE DO NOT apply if your Spanish is not at a good intermediate level and above or you cannot commit to our 6 week minimum!
AVAILABLE: Looking for yoga teachers to teach classes here for which you will be paid for. Teaching will be done in your free time alongside working reception and in the restaurant.Tipos de ayuda y oportunidades de aprendizaje

I stayed at the Hotel 4 weeks, and it was an amazing experience. They gave me much more than I was expecting. The work in the reception and restaurant gave me great moments. It could learn a lot about hospitality and I had good moments with the girls in the kitchen. I also met lots of people (guests) and we… read more
