  Kayak Guides:
  
  🌊 What We're Looking For:
  
  ✅ Proven experience in sea kayaking, guiding, wild camping, and outdoor cooking.
  ✅ Qualifications in kayaking to a 2 or 3-star level through recognized associations (BCU, ACA, NPF, EPP, or equivalent).
  ✅ Current first aid certificate (WFR or similar).
  ✅ Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
  ✅ Ability to lead groups of varying sizes and skill levels.
  ✅ Strong team player with the capability to make independent decisions based on changing conditions.
  ✅ Class B driving license and proficiency in operating a manual van with a kayak trailer.

  💰 Competitive wages (20,000-40,000 NOK per month, based on hours worked).
  🌴 1-2 days off per week, with the possibility of longer vacations upon request.

  🍔 Position Details:
  
  👩‍🍳 Full-time colleagues that are available for the whole summer. 1st of may - 1st of October.
  🚀 Experience in fast-paced environments and the food industry is a significant plus.
  🇳🇴You just have an eu passport or already have a Norwegian work permit or visa.

  Guesthouse Staff:
  
  🏡 Position Details: - NOW FILLED, Thank you to everyone that applied.
  
  🧺 Colleague needed for the guesthouse, working alongside the manager with preparing rooms, greeting guests and checking people in and out. This is a super easy role but is a little same same on the daily. It's a salaried position with flexible working hours, the manager there needs someone to help him for the whole summer Late March - October ideally.
  🚀 Experience in hospitality and a hotel environment is preferred.
  🗣 Fluency in English and customer service ability
  ⏰Availability to work for the whole season is a big BIG advantage April - October.

  ✅ Proficient in photography and videography with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
  ✅ Experience in creating content for outdoor/adventure brands is a plus.
  ✅ Knowledge of editing software and the ability to produce high-quality, compelling visuals.
  ✅ Creative mindset and ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  ✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team.

  We operate a Kayak company, food-truck and now a guesthouse where we rent out rooms with shared common areas.

  You will get the chance to experience Norwegian nature, both on the water and in the mountains.
  You can join our guides and learn how guiding works, learn about hospitality and how to operate a hostel or food business.
  We can teach you how to kayak and you can use our kayaks as much as you want. We have some stand up paddle boards too.
  There is a very social atmosphere with staff from all over the world, come together to work in Flåm.

  Ayuda

  At the guesthouse you will work with the experienced manager to change over rooms and clean the social areas. Check guests in and out, help with bags etc. Its a chilled environment, but we do things properly.
  
  At the Foodtruck it’s all go go go, we have a popular offering and it can be very busy at times. The team here really know what they are doing and you can learn a lot.

  It's a tiny town, but it's filled with international people and activities in the summer.
  We have kayaks, sups, e scooters, and camping gear that our workawayers can use.
  There are several restaurants food trucks and bars in town
  We are surrounded by nature with endless possibilities for hikes and outdoor activities.
