  I'm Raouf from Marseille. I'm 31 years old and currently pursuing an apprenticeship in IT engineering. I reside in the heart of Marseille, specifically in the historic district known as 'le Panier.'
  
  My apartment is conveniently located near the city's main attractions, beaches, islands, Calanques boats, and the port for ships. It's only a 17-minute walk from the primary train station, 'Saint Charles,' and is well-connected to public transportation, including Metro lines 1 and 2, tramway lines 2 and 3, and buses.
  
  I am proficient in French, Arabic, English, and have some knowledge of German. I pride myself on my ability to adapt to various cultures.
  
  I am seeking assistance with managing my apartment, including furniture assembly, painting walls, cleaning, cooking, and more.
