Hey there! I’m Henry, a friendly Brit who grew up in Wiltshire. At University I studied sport science and anthropology fueling my passion for wellness and adventure.

After calling London home for 14 years and running my own personal training business I’ve decided to take a breather and embark on a journey exploring, volunteering, and soul searching.

Kind, hardworking and curious, I love forming deep meaningful connections with people from all walks of life. Travelling, nature and the outdoors are my real passions. In my free time I hike, play sports and live a clean healthy lifestyle.

As a newbie on Workaway, I want to bring my diverse skill set and high enthusiasm to the table. Let’s make some unforgettable memories together!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I done all sorts of jobs as a kid and when at university in hospitality, sports coaching with Kids personal training adults.

I grew up with dyslexia which was tough but it taught me resilience and installed an unbeatable attitude and energy.

I pride myself on being incredibly responsible, reliable, and adept at connecting with both people and animals. I thrive in group settings and possess solid leadership skills that I’ve honed over time.

I am open minded, ready to roll up my sleeves and contribute. With a knack for organization developed through running my own business, coordinating numerous sports events and in my early years experiences in hospitality, I’m always ready to make things happen.

I’m skilled at making others feel comfortable and am a strong verbal communicator. While I may not be a gourmet chef, I’m certainly not afraid to try new recipes and experiment in the kitchen.

From my adventures at Camp America during university holidays to volunteering in Ghana, trekking up the Himalayas and cycling from the UK to Turkey, I’ve always sought out purpose and enthusiasm in everything I do. With a little warmth and purpose lets get things done
