Hi there! I am Katharina, 30 years old and from Germany. I am currently making a gap year and would like to experience how people live and think and I would also like to see as much of the beauty our nature all over the world provides for us. Thats why I am rather looking for workaway than booking tours and activities on overly touristic routes: I would love to get to know you beautiful people! Lets share a good time, work, talk, eat and enjoy cultural exchange together! I love hiking, doing my daily jogging, farming work, cooking, language exchange and generally being in nature. Was könntest du arbeiten?
An overview as a list might be helpfull I guess:
- Grew up on a small farm, so not that much into living in a city. I am used to dirty hands and rough work
- Animal care knowledge: Dogs, cats, rabbits, goats, love love horses and horseriding. Generally into animal care
- Succeeded in an apprenticeship and worked as internal salesforce and purchase manager for several companies, 10 years of working experience in this kind of work
- Just made my bachelors for hospitality and tourism management with focus on sustainability in tourism
- Worked for one year in Chile as administrative in a small hotel/ Hacienda and took care of all organisational tasks for running a small business: whole registration, check-in and accountancy matters with guests, being a guide for guests on small Hikes/ 4x4-Jeeptours/ Horserides, serving in the restaurant
- I love cooking and trying new things (sometimes a little crazy creations)
- Kind of good knowledge about nutritional matters, intolerances and vegan food
