Single lady with adult children. I have a lovely old home in Mallorca which needs attention to be made to look pretty again.
It needs painting and decorating. Some wood needs attention and small building repairs. Nothing too difficult just upkeep

Mainly woodwork. Repairing and treating doors, windows, shutters and beams. Painting and decorating. Some small building projects for home improvement. Little help around the house.
