  Hello,
  I chose to settle in the Dourbie Gorges after a thorough and meticulous search for the perfect place to finally live. Everything is beautiful here: the surroundings, the neighbors, the vegetable gardens, my house, and the river. Located between the Causses and Cévennes mountains, at the foot of the Larzac plateau, in a lovely area ideal for hiking, swimming in the summer, playing in the snow in the winter, and simply marveling at the scenery, the charming and authentic village of St. Jean du Bruel has all the necessary shops and a starry sky!
  
  I have a large house to myself and a small apartment in a wing that can accommodate a couple and a child. I enjoy meeting new people and I need help learning new things. I feel stronger with others.

  J'ai choisi de m'installer dans les Gorges de la Dourbie après une recherche précise et exigeante du lieu où je souhaitais vivre enfin. Tout est beau ici : le cadre de vie, les voisins, les potagers, ma maison et la Rivière. Situé entre Causses & Cévennes, au pied du Larzac en résistance, dans un joli coin où il fait bon randonner, se baigner l'été ou faire dans la neige l'hiver et s'émerveiller, le petit village authentique de St Jean du Bruel dispose de tous les commerces et d'un ciel étoilé !
  J'occupe un lieu immense pour moi seule et je dispose d'un petit appartement dans une aile de ma maison qui peut accueillir un couple et un enfant. J'aime les rencontres et j'ai besoin d'aide pour apprendre. Je me sens plus forte avec les autres.

  In 2019, I purchased a group of Cévennes-style buildings comprising several houses. I would like to add a touch of poetry and beauty to the garden, and practicality to the houses. I need to improve the lighting (electricity), choose an energy-efficient heating system, maintain and repaint the windows, and repair and re-glue things to brighten the interiors, improve comfort, and take care of this incredible place.
  In the garden, I would like to create relaxation areas made from reclaimed objects and materials, install a solar shower and a composting toilet, plant pomegranate trees, and hang mobiles in the trees, along with other decorative objects that inspire dreams.
  
  J'ai achetée 2019 un ensemble de bâtiments cévenol composé de plusieurs maisons. J'aimerai ajouter de la poésie et du beau au jardin, du pratique dans les maisons. J'ai besoin d'améliorer les éclairages (électricité), de choisir un moyen de chauffage économe, d'entretenir et repeindre les fenêtres, de revisse, recoller... pour rendre plus lumineux les intérieurs, améliorer le confort intérieur, soigner ce lieu incroyable.
  Dans le jardin, je voudrais réaliser des ilots de détente fabriqués avec des objets et matériaux de récupération, installer une douche solaire et des toilettes sèches, planter des grenadiers entre-autres, installer des mobiles dans les arbres et des objets qui donnent à rêver.

  Unterkunft

  My house has two living areas and I can accommodate up to 3 people, or 2 adults and 2 children (migrants welcome!), in a three-level apartment with plenty of privacy for both of us. I will send you photos and a description if you contact me. The apartment has access from the south-facing terrace, and only the kitchen is shared. There is a small living room and a toilet, then on the mezzanine level, a bedroom (double bed) with a shower and sink, and three steps up, a small bedroom with a single bed.
  
  Ma maison dispose de deux espaces vie et je peux accueillir jusqu'à 3 personnes ou 2 adultes et 2 enfants (migrants welcome !) dans un appartement en enfilade sur trois niveaux sans gène ni pour vous ni pour moi. Je vous enverrai des photos et une fiche descriptive si vous me contactez. Cet appartement a un accès par la terrasse Sud et seule la cuisine est à partager. Il y a un petit salon et un wc puis en mezzanine une chambre (lit x 140) avec une douche et un lavabo et, trois marches suivantes, une chambrette avec un lit simple.

  The Dourbie Gorges are a remarkable and protected site in southern Aveyron, at the gateway to the Cévennes. Here, at the crossroads of the Grands Causses Regional Natural Park and the Cévennes National Park, at the foot of the Larzac plateau, lies a region coveted by locals and newcomers alike. It's a unique real estate initiative that avoids excessive debt and makes the region dynamic and productive.) The icing on the cake, the real bonus, is the Dourbie, a first-category river where otters, beavers, trout, insects, and amphibians live, all watched over by three varieties of vultures. In summer, you can swim there several times a day: waterfalls, natural pools, rocky outcrops, and gorges delight nature lovers.
  
  Les Gorges de la Dourbie sont un site remarquable et protégé en Sud Aveyron, à la porte des Cévennes. Ici nous sommes à la croisée du parc des Grands Causses & du Parc des Cévennes, au pied du plateau du Larzac, dans une région convoitée par les gens du pays autant que par les nouveaux venus. Ce mélange de population est un attrait qui permet aux uns de transmettre et aux autres de se réaliser. L'entre-aide, la convivialité et le goût commun à tous pour la Nature et les êtres vivants fait de ce village une joyeuse mayonnaise bien solide !
  Pub militante : La société des Terres Civiles du Larzac permet de reprendre des fermes et terres ancestrales autour d'un projet agricole et culturel ou artistique. C'est une curiosité "immobilière" qui évite le surendettement et rend le territoire dynamique et utile. La cerise sur le gâteau, le +, est la Dourbie, rivière de première catégorie où vivent loutres, castors, truites, insectes et batraciens, tous surveillés par 3 variétés de vautours. L'été on s'y baigne plusieurs fois par jour : cascades, vasques naturelles, chaos rocheux et défilés font le régal des curieu.ses de nature.
