Beschreibung
We have now filled all of our positions for the 2024 season.
Hello from the rock! We are a small hostel operating in the heart of Gros Morne National Park. We're brand new, having just finished renovations this year and we're full of energy and enthusiasm. We mainly cater to the active/outdoorsy crowd, but as we are the only hostel in the area, we do get all sorts. We are pet friendly and have hundreds of guests passing through our doors every summer. We also operate a tour company where we run hiking trips into Western Brook Pond (google it). Workawayers with us have a chance to get up the valley. We also have a small cat that lives on site.
We are not active on this website very much, and the best way to get ahold of us is to send us an email or phone call directly!Arten von Hilfe und Lernmöglichkeiten

This is a hostel is one of the most rugged and beautiful places in Canada. Not only is it a great place to meet fellow workers and travelers, but it's a fantastic place to go out on adventures with them.

Arbeit
Work at the hostel involves general cleaning, bed making, building maintenance, front desk duties and assisting guests with their trip plans. This is a paid position, at $15-$18 per hour.
On top of all of this, workers will get a chance to do the famed Western Brook Pond hike.
There's a lot to learn here, so we do require a minimum stay of 4 weeks, preferably longer.Gesprochene Sprachen
