We look for an Helper Builder for the roof.

We have to completely renew the roof of the house, persons with skills about roof building are REALLY appreciated.


An easygoing person who can help concretely and have initiative.

I need help for +- 1 month.

Food and accommodation provided free by me (and if the work finish good, and we still have saved some money I may give you even a present!)

Cooking and cleaning will be done by all of us equally.
You cook for yourself and clean after you have done it.

You should just help with work to renew the roof.
In total (included me and you) we will be 3 persons working on that job.

I would like to ask you to work everyday for 8 hours until we don't finish the roof, and after you can stay the same amount of days at home without working.

Example, the work for the roof is 2 weeks?
you will stay 2 more weeks without working with food privided.

THE HOUSE:

Nice building, nice places around, at home is quiet with some green at the over-side,
It is NOT POSSIBLE TO PARK CARS WITHIN 500 mt OF THE HOUSE (it may be possible if you are going to stay at home at least 2 years like this you get the resident attest, it is possible to park a car at 500 mt from the house close to the tram end stop: “Moscou”).

The house is big, two floors and with a lot of space.
In total we will be normally a maximum of 5 (nice)persons in the house, maybe less (it depends also on the expenses) we look for persons from different countries and with ages between 18-35.
But as we are couch-surfers we have often guests.


House provided of:

HI-SPEED Wireless Internet: ADSL 100MB/s, the fastest connection of Belgium!
Common kitchen (super-accessorised with crockery and all kind of stuff: Bread machine, Coffie machine, 2 microwaves, hoven, 2 fry machines, kitchen robot, etc... if you take care of it you can use it all);
Common bathroom (each of us has his closet/compartment) ;
Second toilet on the first floor;
Big living-room;
Garden;
Washing machine/Dry machine;
Dishwasher;
Robot to clean the floor;
Fingerprint entrance door (you no need keys anymore!);
Parking space not available in the street (just 400 mt away).

- We just made a new water installation + new boiler (water/heating) = comfort
- All the floors where the rooms are are just renovated! = nice estetic
