I'm interested in food culture around the world.
I would like to learn about special products and dishes and desserts using them.

Description

I am a Japanese and a pastry chef.
Currently, I travel to experience the sweets and culinary cultures of various countries.

I study French and English.
I like reading books, taking walks, serving cakes and cooking.
I can teach you Japanese and delicious Japanese cuisine.

I studied nutrition, food and cooking at university.
After finishing my studies, I worked in a pastry shop.
In these processes, I became interested in the production process of ingredients such as wheat, sugar, dairy products, eggs, fruits, nuts...and I worked on several farms to learn more.

After that, I did wwoofing all over France for 3 months to discover pastries and ingredients,in wine farm, orchard, meadow, wheat farm.
Over the past three months, I have met many different people and cultures and become interested in culinary cultures and terroirs from around the world.

This is why I started traveling to discover the pastry culture and the cuisine and terroir of different countries.

I plan to one day open a small pastry shop in Japan.
To continue making cakes there, I need a lot of drawers and ideas.
I believe that experiencing different cultures, interacting with people and sharing wisdom is a good way to broaden my horizons.

I registered on Wookway because I thought it was the best option to achieve this goal.

I worked as a pastry chef at a cake shop for two years and at a bakery for one year.

 I obtained my nutritionist qualification at university.
 So I can do cooking work.

 I have experience in harvesting fruit trees and vegetables on a farm.
 In France, I went wwooofing to learn about sustainable agriculture.
 I've learned about brewing from grape harvest,
 the process of caring for cows and milking cows and making cheese,and grind wheat and bake bread.  Sell at local marche

 I have a lot of experience living together in farm stays, so I can help around the house.

Also I can teach you Japanese and Japanese foods cultures.
