I am a Japanese and a pastry chef.
Currently, I travel to experience the sweets and culinary cultures of various countries.
I study French and English.
I like reading books, taking walks, serving cakes and cooking.
I can teach you Japanese and delicious Japanese cuisine.
I studied nutrition, food and cooking at university.
After finishing my studies, I worked in a pastry shop.
In these processes, I became interested in the production process of ingredients such as wheat, sugar, dairy products, eggs, fruits, nuts...and I worked on several farms to learn more.
After that, I did wwoofing all over France for 3 months to discover pastries and ingredients,in wine farm, orchard, meadow, wheat farm.
Over the past three months, I have met many different people and cultures and become interested in culinary cultures and terroirs from around the world.
This is why I started traveling to discover the pastry culture and the cuisine and terroir of different countries.
I plan to one day open a small pastry shop in Japan.
To continue making cakes there, I need a lot of drawers and ideas.
I believe that experiencing different cultures, interacting with people and sharing wisdom is a good way to broaden my horizons.
