Hi, I’m Elia, a passionate explorer with a love for diverse experiences and continuous learning. I thrive on the thrill of skateboarding and longboarding, and I’m always on the lookout for new adventures, be it eco-farming, construction, or mastering the waves with kite surfing and traditional surfing. My artistic side comes alive through oil painting and street photography, where I capture the essence of people in my portraits, showcased on my Instagram @RealEliaKH.

I have over 10 years of experience in hospitality, sales, and event making. I have worked as a senior waiter, manager, and sales manager in Istanbul, developing strong customer service and team management skills. My journey has also involved organizing various events, showcasing my ability to create memorable experiences.

I have a deep appreciation for culture and travel, always eager to immerse myself in new environments and cuisines. Cooking is another one of my passions, allowing me to experiment with flavors and techniques. I speak native Azerbaijani, Russian, and Turkish, fluently speak English, and have basic knowledge of Arabic and Spanish, enabling me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, I am a human rights activist, gay rights supporter, and care deeply about animal welfare. I have extensive experience in event planning and organization, where I have successfully managed and executed various events. My background in customer service and hospitality includes over ten years of working as a senior waiter, manager, and sales manager in Istanbul. This experience has honed my ability to provide excellent service, manage teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

In addition, I have a strong sales background, having worked as a sales manager, where I developed skills in sales strategy, client relations, and team leadership. My artistic talents include street and portrait photography, capturing the essence of people in my photos, as well as oil painting, allowing me to express creativity through visual arts.

I am passionate about cooking and enjoy experimenting with different flavors and techniques. My interest in eco-farming and construction basics shows my willingness to engage in hands-on, sustainable practices. I am also an avid skateboarder and longboarder, always eager to learn new tricks and skills.
