  • Description

    Hi! I'm Emiliy, 23 y/o form Poland🇵🇱
In July 2023 I finished my bachelor’s degree in dietetics and now I am travelling the world, with my backpack, tent and savings!

    About me:
I am optimistic and happy person always with a smile on my face! I am easy going, friendly, cheerful and understanding person.

I like to meet other people. Everyone have different experiences and stories to tell. Sharing them can open eachother minds, this is what makes us people.

I love to have a good laugh! My favourite show and probably the best thing I ever wached is "Whose line is it anyway" with Drew Carry as a host. I can hightly recomend this show!

I like all kinds of sports, since 2017 I have been dancing zumba and I plan on becoming zumba teacher one day.
I love cycling and in the future I want to travel the world on my bike.
I really want to try water sports like surfing, windsurfing or diving.

Most importantly I really want to learn new skills, I enjoy helping out and am open to anything!

    About my travels🚙⛵️:
In November I crossed the ocean on a sailboat from Portugal to BVI, and then sailed from Florida, Miami to Cancun in Mexico. Since then I have been traveling in the yucatan penincula for two weeks and staied at my friends boat in Isla Mujeres, Mexico.
At the begining of April I started traveling solo from Mexico to Panama by hichhiking.

My traveling plans are crossing the pacific ocean via sailing boat to New Zealand and working there a little bit, then go up north via hichhiking, cycling and sailing (trying to avoid flying) to Japan as my final destination!

  • What else ...

-What is it like to be a Workawayer? Is it good?
-In my opinion it's not about being good or not good. If I were to say what I esteem the most in life, I would say - people. People, who gave me a helping hand when I was a mess, when I was alone. And what's interesting, the chance meetings are the ones that influence our lives. The point is that when you profess certain values, even those seemingly universal, you may not find any understanding which, let me say, which helps us to develop. I had luck, let me say, because I found it. And I'd like to thank life. I'd like to thank it - life is singing, life is dancing, life is love. Many people ask me the same question, but how do you do that? where does all your happiness come from? And i replay that it's easy, it's cherishing live, that's what makes me build machines today, and tomorrow... who knows, why not, i would dedicate myself to do some community working and i would be, wham, not least... planting .... i mean... carrots.
