Description
We still have possibility for a couple or one person from June 26th to July 11th.
We are one of the first Vanilla Farm in Thailand. Actually we are adapting the vanilla plants to the local ecosystem. The final objective is to be able to provide knowhow, vanilla plants and a market for their crops to the mountain farmers, mainly the one working in coffee. Without added revenues, the coffee cultivators' villages will disappear as it's a too tough job for a so little revenue for the young generation.
Come to meet us, join our team to learn about vanilla and to help us to the garden and in the vanilla cover-houses.
We specially welcome people skilled in website and online marketing (but not only) to help us to start our web communication.Types of help and learning opportunities

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
Being with us, you can share the life of our farm with 5 Thai residents, learn basic Thai but, over all, learn about the wonderful world of the vanilla culture with its problems but as well its secrets.
Help
It's more a learning centre but learning by doing. We have about 5000 vanilla plants to take care in the two cover-houses. It's a nice work, clean but needing patience and observation for the care. You can as well work in the garden. The team is mainly Thai. We speak Thai, English, French and some German.

They are very caring people, friendly and welcoming. We were integrated in a very nice team and were trained to work in the vanilla greenhouses (grass control, pollinisation, direction, painting …). The accommodation is perfect and has everything you need.
