Hello!
My name is Carolina, 28, raised in a very small village in Portugal. Lisbon was my home for 6 years where I studied journalism and acting. After finishing my studies I started travelling as much as possible around the world, and it's been 4 years of adventures :).
I really enjoy slow travelling and to be able to contribute and give something back. Workaway has been a wonderful tool in that regard.

Growing up in the countryside gave me a lot of knowledge when it comes to farmlife, gardening and animal care. My favourite time is the grape picking season and winemaking!
I love to be surrounded by nature, whether walking in the middle of the woods or spending entire days by the beach. Working in Lisbon as a tour guide driving tuk tuks was a fun tough ride, it gave me a lot of experience working under pressure and stressful conditions (Lisbon traffic can be complete chaos). It was also the place where I studied acting and journalism and made friends for life. I did some small projects in acting and music.
