  Description

  Located outside the village of Martinville, on a dirt road, the house, with no neighbors within a 2 km radius, is surrounded by woods. The shelter's way of life is to help animals in need. To cite a few examples of animals in need; We welcome Nordic dogs from the Far North (Nunavik), certain farm or domestic animals and those from the wild Canadian fauna with a release mission.
  
  We also make our own food by growing our garden, we collect eggs from our chickens, we milk our goats to transform the milk into cheese and we produce our meat from the chicken we raise.
  
  In winter we do a lot of sledding pulled by dogs and also taking care of the other residents in general. (Maintenance, feeding etc.) In free time, they also have to create jewelry from forest resources found in summer.
  
  In the season without snow, it's walking the dogs and taking care of the shelter animals (brushing, feeding, cuddling, enriching) and it's also the time when we work the garden, harvest medicinal plants to make them. lotions for animal care in general. We also go walking to find treasures in the forest and make possible jewelry. Sometimes they are also enclosures that we have to build or repair.

  Situé à l'extérieur du village Martinville, sur un chemin de terre, la maison sans voisin sur un rayon de 2 km, est entourée de boisée. Le mode de vie du refuge est de venir en aide aux animaux dans le besoin. Pour citer quelques exemples d'animaux dans le besoin; Nous faisons l'accueil de chien nordique du Grand-Nord (Nunavik), certains animaux de la ferme ou domestique et en projet ceux de la faune Canadienne sauvage avec mission de relâche.
  
  Nous faisons aussi notre propre alimentation par la culture de notre jardin, nous ramassons les oeufs de nos poules, nous faisons la traites de nos chèvres pour transformer le lait en fromage et nous produisons notre viande par le poulet que nous élevons.
  
  En hiver c'est beaucoup le traîneau tiré par les chiens que nous faisons et s'occuper aussi des autres pensionnaires en général. (Entretient, nourrir etc.) Par temps libre, ils faut aussi créer des bijoux à partir des ressources de la forêt trouvé en été.
  
  En saison sans la neige, c'est de marcher les chiens et s'occuper des animaux du refuge (brosser, nourrir, câliner, enrichir) et c'est aussi le moment ou on travail le jardin, récoltons des plantes médicinales pour en faire des lotions pour les soins des animaux en général. On fait aussi de la marche afin de trouver des trésor dans la forêt et en faire d'éventuel bijoux. Certaines fois ce sont aussi des enclos que nous devons construire ou réparer.
  
  Bref le refuge est un univers ou on s'ennuie jamais ! En constante apprentissage !
