Hello! 😊
My name is Sophie and I am a 24 year old enthusiastic, intuitive, optimistic and curious traveller from Belgium.
I have always had the excitment to travel to other parts of the world, to learn more about other cultures and people their stories. I love to widen my perspective, to observe and to notice. I love to travel at a slow pace and to experience places for a while. Therefore I´m also very interested in joining some projects through Workaway.
There are four main things (there are so many) I totally love in life. These four give me a feeling of home eventhough I´m far.
Expanding my knowledge and experiences on philosophy, spirituality, psychology, yoga (+ meditation), cultural ideas and traditions
Enjoying nature to the fullest. Noticing, hiking, working in nature (or with animals)... and feeling completly happy and grounded afterwards.
Interacting with people from all ages. From short chats to supporting and helping in different ways. I love spending time with other people, there´s always something you can learn from each other and share. Genuine interactions bring me so much happiness.
Lastly, there´s no day that goes by without listening to some music through my headphones.

I think these aspect would perfectly work out in different types of projects!

I always love learning new languages. My english got more and more fluent due to studying in English in Berlin for 6 months and travelling a lot. I´d love to share my knowledge! I´m also very patient 😉

I´m a social person and enthusiastic person that is eager to work and learn. I am open to many different types of work and believe that I can be of value in joining diverse types of projects! I learn fast and am definetly not afraid of getting my hands dirty. I have a helpful, active, organised and caring attitude. I have eye for detail and notice when work needs to be done. I have a creative mind and like to interact with the world.
I´d be very interested in cultural exchange as well.
I also followed a 200hr yoga teacher training in November 2023 and could maybe practice some teachings!

What else ...

Since I graduated from my Masters in clinical Psychology I got the opportunity to follow and live this big dream! I´m extremely grateful for this. Each day gives me new challenges and lessons. I love to travel at a slow pace and to experience places for a while. Therefore I´m also very interested in joining some projects through Workaway.
