Hi,
My name is Nicola, I'm 26 years old and I come from Sardinia.
I am a creative person passionate about travelling, meeting new people, learning new languages and cultures.
I love the contact with nature because it is always been part of my life. I was born in the countryside and my family owns a farm.
Since I was a little kid, I loved to partecipate in our farm activities in my own way and I still do nowadays.
I also worked in the Hospitality field covering different positions from waiter to pizza chef.
I graduated In Nautical School and later I studied Photography in Barcellona, where I lived for two years.

I've always participated in the farm life, so I'm good at a lot of manual work including growing plants and vegetables, driving the tractor, construction, maintenance and working with the animals, in particular sheep, as we have three hundred of them. I can make the traditional Sardinian cheese called Pecorino and I love to cook traditional dishes with recipes handed down for generations.
I studied photography and I did various personal projects, I love portrait photography in particular as I have the opportunity to not only take a picture but also to make a connection with the subject.
I have skills in postproduction using softwares like Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom and Premiere.
Since 2017 I worked in hospitality, I started as barman and waiter and one year later I took classes in pizza making. Since then I worked as a pizza chef mostly in the summer in various places including Spain, Italy and Iceland.
I can speak English (C1 level), very good Spanish learned from living in Barcellona for two years, and a bit of French.
