    Description

Hello, I am Petra: Physiotherapist and medical teacher with her own health studio near Kőln.
And I am Johannes, Dipl. Ing., Craftsman and amateur philosopher. We build a self-sufficient farm in Hungary with 2 houses 2 own wells. The area is about 2 ha. One of them in original clay building.
We often want to live in Hungary later. The place is a village, without transit traffic, very quiet. We are looking for nice people who want to help in the garden, clay and wood construction etc. and want to spend a holiday of a special kind. Food and logies are self-evident.
Also, people with interest there later to live.
Neighbors from all over the world have recently settled there.
Unfortunately something has been delayed by the intensive care of my aunt in Germany our start but as of July of this year, we go.

During a stay in the village you can learn a lot.
The interesting story of the place.
Dealing with the wonderful natural material clay.
The processing of wood and the handling of the tools.
The second house is reconstructed with wood and clay in the original style. If you have experience with clay and like to work with it is very welcome. We will also rebuild the ovens for bread baking, cooking, heating and sleeping. Old stalls are still available. There are geese, ducks, farms in the farm. A friendly, Hungarian organic farmer has riding horses, many bees with wonderful honey, herbs and fruits without pollutants.

Under our project, we would like to inspire you to re-adjust important points and to give new impulses to life through healthy exercise, physical and mental nutrition, and to enjoy more and more intensively.
We think it is very important in our time to get rid of the octopus and to return to our natural origins.

We would like to offer an active platform for interested people from all over the world to become acquainted with the nature, the animals, the plants and possibly with oneself.

To this end, we want to create an enjoyable, active day-out routine, which is a balance between work, recreation and a careful, respectful community (cooking, food drinking, bonfire, music, etc.).

By returning to inner peace and stability we become sensitive to signals from nature, our fellow human beings and the divine universe.

The farm included a large residential house with two large living and bedrooms, a bath and a shower room. A large communal kitchen storage room, hallway, a small office space with WLAN, heating room with gas heating and wood heating boiler.
In living rooms there is a stove and of course central heating. The centerpiece of the kitchen is a stove in clay-edged heather with wood is heated and with which one can wonderful cooking and baking. Of course, there is also a large fridge and freezer.

The second house is built in clay and is being reconstructed. It is originally intended to be restored and offer an opportunity to imitate the simple, uncomplicated life of our Donauschwäbian ancestors.

    Best wishes

    Petra & John
