    Description

Hi, we are here in the Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, BC. We have a small acreage of just over 2 acres. We live very close, a short walk, from the beautiful Cowichan River. The river is well known for it's warm temperatures in the summer where people swim and go tubing down the river.

We live within a 20 min bike ride from the small town of Duncan which has a lovely downtown and Saturday market (we have bikes you could borrow). We love to ride bikes, hike, kayak and row. There is so much to do here if you like the outdoors. We love to cook primarily vegan food and we have a large veggie garden. We would be hoping for light work in the garden in exchange for a lovingly prepared dinner together.

We love to sing and play folk music, as well, we love crafts and building out of wood. I am a Chinese Medicine practitioner and have the clinic on the property and my fiance is a fine furniture maker. You can either stay in our home in your own private room (sleeps one) or if there are two of you, we have a little trailer you can sleep in.
