Description
I'm currently transitioning a 110 acre dairy farm into woodland and community gardening/ b&b/cider production and rare native breeds of cattle and goats.
I've been increasing biodiversity and embracing organic and permaculture/bio dynamic approaches and techniques. The farm is in an area called Knocknagore meaning The hill of the goats and the area is steeped in history. It lies on the coast overlooking the village of Crosshaven in County Cork.
I'm looking for a physically strong and fit couple for the establishment of a young woodland(23 acres native woodland) The hours vary and the work can be hard but there's opportunity to make money if you prove yourself. We use both ancestral tools and modern strimmers/chainsaws. We work hard/play hard) i don't do more than a month unless you're amazing!) If you don't appear to fit the bill, sorry I won't reply back.
