  Hola, My Name is Julio Effio. Im Building an ecolodge at the Caribbean side of Panama as an architect. The first phase of the project is already done (showers, kitchen,dock, one cabin, 4 jungle huts and the main hut). Im promoting sustainable design, we are totally isolated and the project is at the border of Portobelo National Park protected by Unesco. Im freediver too btw.

  Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

  They could enjoy to live ocean front, if they are freedivers or divers they would have an incredible experience. There's bioluminescence on the reef and three types of monkeys around. Learn about sustainability, permaculture, sovereignty and working with the local community near around. Also if you are interested in breath work, workshops, learn freediving, catching or planting your own food.

  I need a couple to stay at the dock house to take care the place. Check the batteries for solar panel and also the bio digester system (home biogas).

  Dock House, bathrooms , kitchen and showers are outside. The house have a battery for the solar panel, good for charge your laptop and keep the starlink working.

  If they need need one night or two at the city they can stay at my apartment at Panama City (bed, fridge, kitchen, oven) no internet. My apartment is at El cangrejo, a good neighborhood in the center.
  I just need people to trust when I come to city for buy some stuff, pay some bills or see my family and friends.
