Que decir para describir esta experiencia...? Este lugar fue una burbuja de consuelo, el encuentro con Mila y Ruben fue de una fluidez excepcional. Gracias por recibirme en sus tierras. El trabajo puede ser agotador y la vida en la selva no es para todos, pero el juego vale la pena y la selva te hace triplicar lo que le das. Me sentí honrado de poder ser el guardián de este lugar durante estas tres semanas. Nos vemos muy pronto para nuevas aventuras. Un abrazo profundo como un abismo ;) muchísimas gracias <3

Mucho ya ha sido escrito sobre Maria. Puedo añadir que es una mujer muy activa con un corazón grande. Una personalidad poco común que hemos aprendido a conocer. Durante las semanas que ha pasado aquí siempre estaba muy activa. Casi no ha faltado ninguna medicación. Y creo que ha ido a pasear con nosotras todos los días. Quiso aprender a educar Canela, a hacer muros de piedra seca y a meditar. Puso en práctica todos los consejos y me alegro mucho que haya aprendido tanto. Gracias Maria por su visita. Ha sido un placer conocerte

Mani and Leo were very charming, energetic, lovely and very pro - active. Without me saying it, the took so many things to fix, clean, paint, all ! And we became friends, which is a beautiful miracle . So yes, could not be more happier :)

I stayed at Tara and Angiana's house for one week. Tara kindly arranged the bus for me from Kathmandu and the way back as well. Regarding the work, I only had to help in the garden for one hour in the morning (not always) and a couple of hours at the school in the afternoon (12-14). The children are so cute and curious; they're truly happy and enthusiastic to see people from all of the world ! Tara and Angiana are extremely kind. They try to arrange activities for you even if they're very busy with their work. Also, Angiana's food is amazing (breakfast and dinner). Even if I stayed for a short time and they were both very busy, I truly appreciated their kindness and hospitaly!

It was really good to have Ella here, she is such a lovely person, always around when I needed help, always trying her best. She was really happy to show my grandchildren to play the guitar and the piano. She is very respectful and responsible, always happy and willing to help anywhere. We all miss her. I wish her all the best and hope to see her again.

I stayed with Pramila and Shanta for 5-6 days as soon as I arrived in Nepal. They made me feel part of the family from the first moment. They're pure, honest, wise, warm and so kind. They're very inspiring and I truly enjoyed cooking with them, listening to their stories and just observing their daily life. Sadly I was not able to help at the school since it was closed during that period. The work at home was also very little: I was cooking with them ( it was more cooking classes for me, that I loved :D) and a few times helping in the garden or with cleaning. There were no other volunteers while I was there but many people come and go and you always have the opportunity to meet new people. Again, it was a great pleasure to be able to meet Pramila and Shanta and learn from them, thank you 🙏

Gaspard was with me for just over two weeks and we got a lot of outdoor work accomplished during that time. I really appreciated how eager he was to try anything whether it was a job around the yard or going camping during our time off. His English is good, but lacks some vocabulary - so it was better to show him what task needed to be done rather than explain it to him and risk miscommunication. Once he understood what the task was he was eager and did a good job. He was respectful and did some of the cooking and always made sure he helped with the clean up after every meal. He made us some French Crepes on night that were delicious and different than the ones I have tried here. I don't have a schedule for the workawayers that stay with me so they are able to work when they want as long as they fulfill their commitment. He was up early and happy to get started and make sure his work was done early in the day and then he would borrow a bike or a kayak and explore the area. I wish him all the best in his future travels.

We had a great time with Robyn who came to help us with the painting. She is nice and adaptive with an adventurous mind, she likes to play and discover. It was a real pleasure to meet her ! Hope we meet again.

Makhlouf is an amazing host. He welcomed me into his home, without hesitation, and made me feel at home. We have had conversations on many topics and I've appreciated getting to know him. I feel like I found my brother from another mother, and I am so thankful. I recommend Makhlouf as a Superhost 100% 💜

Adrienn was with us for a week and I was so happy for her and so sorry that she couldn't have stayed longer. It was a great pleasure to spend time with her. I don't know what it was like for her, but it seemed to me that she could do the work almost casually. I hardly noticed when she had cooked (wonderfully tasty), cleaned and helped out around the house, although the effect of all this on the other side was so impressive. She radiated an effortless confidence with regard to all the help. She was so friendly and brought the energy of diligence, calm, trust and order. It didn't matter whether it was housework, office work (lots of it, completing and sorting 4 folders) or manual help. Not only did the work go smoothly, but her company was also heart-opening and with conversations that elevated consciousness. It was a gift for me to get to know her, to have her as a helper and to enjoy her wonderfully gentle and strong nature. I hope that you can come to enjoy it too. My recommendation: definitely try to win her over for yourself! I will do the same for even more time with her in the future! Thank you for all the gifts you gave us with your coming, dear Adrienn! You are always very welcome back!

Thank you so much for your kind words! Rachel is indeed a very active person, always concerned and committed to her work, and she's incredibly empathetic and kind, always with a pleasant smile. We enjoyed practicing both Spanish and English together, and playing cards in the evenings with Monica and Vilma was a highlight. We're so glad to hear that you felt at home and enjoyed your time here. We were more than happy to take care of you and ensure you felt at home. Your careful attention to detail in cleaning and organizing tasks was truly impressive, especially considering the stress of those days. Its a lovely Host where you feel like a part of the family. They tried to make you feel best and comfortable! I had a lot of nice afternoons and evenings with cake and tee. I miss them. The chores are quite easy and its not that much work. You have a lot of time for yourself, wich can make you feel bit lonely (if you are a social person who is used to have people around you.) So you must be ok to spend some time by yourself. I will visit Lena and Nils-arne again, whenever I am in Sweden.♡

CÉLINE WAS A PERFECT GUEST AND WORKAWAY VOLUNTEER. She was so helpful, independent, extreamly clean, organized and easy to live with. She house sat the animals kindly and very responsible. She also took on organizing and renovation/ decorating of our farmhouse with such care & detail. For the children's charity she sorted and labelled all the workshop and health care supplies. We would highly recommend Céline to anyone as a worker, volunteer or house sitter (& now professional organizer) Thank you for everything!!

it was an absolut pleasure to stay in this lovly Community! :) Its an Beautiful piece of Land with Lots of Nature and awesome people from all over the world with chill vibes. Good to get away From City Stress and Connect again with Nature. Also Always very good food. Thank you Matias for the great time <3

I helped at the finca for a week and it was a lovely experience. Ane and her family are heartwarming hosts, so I felt more than welcome. Furthermore the work was pretty simple and clear, I helped them with cooking and household stuff, and had a lot of free time. The finca is also nearby a tiny amazing village in the mountains which is amazing to watch, especially during sunset. You can get there easy by bus of cause :) thanks for the nice time

It was a pleasure to work and share moments with Anna, she is really proactive, always happy to help and motivated for activities! I highly recommend Anna for your place!

Nadège s'est montrée volontaire et adaptable pour nous aider dans les différentes missions et tâches que nous lui avons proposées. Nous avons eu des discutions intéressantes autour de ses expériences de voyage et de la vie en général. Elle a pu faire un temps de transmission autour de la photo à nos enfants qui ont beaucoup apprécié ce moment ainsi que des photos de notre lieu de vie. An unforgettable experience here. It’s an incredible opportunity for culture exchange to interact with genuine local Brazilian culture, would hugely recommend it, especially to those with a strong social battery as you will be a source of fascination and the locals appreciate interaction from the intercambios. Moreover, the volunteer coordinator Antonela did a superb job at making my stay a comfortable one, she’s a credit to the school. My host family experience was genuinely unforgettable, I was exposed to the local gaucho culture and got authentic exposure to the culture. Go volunteer here!

Living with Loïc and his family during a few months was a really good experience. I really enjoyed my time in there, the worst thing is that unfortunately some personal issues forced me to return home earlier than I would have liked. The place is incredible, they live in a village but really close to the city. Both Motsumi and Atlie are really nice children. I really loved the place and Loïc's family.

Estar con Sophie fue genial lo recomiendo a todos. La caravana fue muy cómoda con vistas increíbles. Meditamos media hora en la mañana y Sophie me ha ensenado a respirar por la nariz y estar en el momento. En la tarde fuimos en caminatas meditativas, respirando por la nariz y disfrutando la naturaleza y compañía. Besos a Canela y Malu también. Me encantaba hacer el entrenamiento con Canela y aprendiendo francés de niños que las dos perras. De trabajo hice una pared seca, corté un árbol, trasplanté unos aloes, construye una compostera, cosí camas por las perras, limpieza de la casa y quité las pinazas (debió al riesgo de encendidos). Sophie estaba muy flexible con las horas de trabajo. Además, hablamos sobre budismo, fui la playa y es un buen lugar para ir a correr o caminar porque hay muchos caminos en el campo. . Por una semana compartí la caravana con otra voluntaria Elsie que es una mujer encantador y trabajadora. Estaba con Sophie casi un mes, tuve que ir porque encontré un trabajo muy bueno. Todo perfecto. Mil gracias.
