  We are a French family settled in Duhamel, Quebec, Canada, for 20 years. We built a wooden hotel in the heart of a maple grove, near a lake. Today, we have many rooms and a spa/relaxation area.
  
  In summer, you can enjoy hiking in the forest, or activities on the lake: kayaks, paddleboards, water-skiing, fishing, and much more. In winter, the frozen lake hosts our seasonal activities: snowmobiling, dog sledding, ice fishing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
  
  It's a welcoming, family-friendly place where you will learn both on a human and professional level: wood and open space maintenance, hotel and restaurant management, and how we deal with Quebec winters. 😅🌲🥶
  
  In addition to our usual young team, we need helpers (extra hands)! We're particularly looking for a couple or duo of friends, for a period of 15 days to 1 month, between late June and mid-October, depending on your availability.
  
  Your tasks will include: cleaning rooms and linen, helping in the restaurant or kitchen, as well as gardening and small DIY jobs. You'll have your own room and board, and can enjoy our summer activities in your spare time.

  Nous sommes une famille française installée à Duhamel, au Québec, Canada, depuis 20 ans. Nous avons construit une auberge en bois rond, au bord d'un lac, au cœur d'une érablière. Nous disposons aujourd'hui de nombreuses chambres et d'un espace spa/relaxation.
  
  En été, vous pouvez profiter de randonnées en forêt, ou des activités sur le lac : kayaks, paddleboards, ski nautique, pêche, et bien plus encore. En hiver, le lac gelé accueille nos activités de saison : motoneige, chiens de traîneaux, pêche sur glace, raquettes et ski de fond.
  
  C'est un endroit chaleureux et familial où vous apprendrez tant sur le plan humain que professionnel : entretien du bois et de grands espaces, gestion d'un hôtel et d'un restaurant, et la découverte d'un véritable hiver québécois. 😅🌲🥶
  
  En plus de notre jeune équipe habituelle, nous avons besoin de helpers (des bras supplémentaires) ! Nous recherchons particulièrement un couple ou un duo d’amis, pour une durée de 15 jours à 1 mois, entre fin juin et mi-octobre, selon votre disponibilité.
  
  Vos tâches incluront : l'entretien des chambres et du linge, l'aide au service de restauration ou en cuisine, ainsi que du jardinage et des petits travaux de bricolage. Vous serez logés et nourris sur place, et vous pourrez profiter de nos activités estivales pendant votre temps libre.

  You'll be host in an appartment with other workawayers. You'll have your own room, and you can use all the facilites we have on site. Diners are shared in the main building.
