Hello Everyone,

My name is Linda and I’m from Latvia, beautiful country that lies on the eastern shores of the Baltic Sea.

I am an open minded person, someone who accepts people as they are and seeks to learn more about many different cultures. I have done a fair amount of travelling and my fondest memories of my past adventures are when I met local people and saw their countries trough their eyes.

In my daily life I work in the creative field. I have worked with many different art forms in the past, but now I have my own art & mindfulness project, that recently turned into a book. Past few years have been extremely busy, so I’m happy that I’m able to take some time off and travel more.

I really enjoy spending time in the nature, walking through forests, hiking, sitting by the sea and taking in the fresh air. When I need to relax and clear my mind I always try to go to Latvian countryside, where I can walk around barefoot and enjoy the peace.

I have a previous experience volunteering trough Workaway, in New Zealand, Portugal and Spain. I’m very familiar to farm work, helping with animals, gardening, planting and harvesting, repairing little things, painting and other projects.
I’m passionate about cooking and experimenting with different recipes in kitchen. I would love to learn more about traditional foods in different countries and teach you some Latvian traditional recipes.
I’m a fast learner and take instructions very well. I’m open to learn new skills, because I truly believe that every new skill set widens our horizon.
