Description
I'm Sal (they/them) and I'm a teacher and writer based in London.
I have recently quit my job as an inner city teacher and am looking to do some workaways in order to develop my knowledge of land justice, faming/permaculture, creative and eco activism.

I value empathy, honesty and kindness and try to live my life based on these values. I have been living in London since 2012, working as a teacher and workshop co-ordinator with groups of children and young adults. I have recently finished an MA in Creative Writing and Education and I run creative writnig workshops for the queer community.

I feel at peace in the forest and by water and like to spend time with animals.
I can offer my time and energy and hope to regenerate myself and the people I meet by being involved with some awesome projects.

It was a pleasure having Sally’s happy smiling company for the week at my place! She was a great help with any work we had to do and did some beautiful artwork on my bus! Sally is a very interesting and talented woman and we had lots of laughs and great conversations during her stay! Would love to have her come again!

I had a very beautiful time staying with Corrina and Connie. Their inclusive and thoughtful natures meant that the work was interesting and the conversation was valuable.
