Description
I live in Maine, USA, and am retired from teaching. I garden, hike, camp, gather wild mushrooms, cook a lot, and am involved in climate activism. In 2014 I did a workaway trip that included lots of farm work such as milking goats and sheep, picking apples, cooking, picking olives and pruning trees. In 2018 I worked on a mushroom/lavendar farm, a guest house, and a restaurant/hotel; in 2019 I helped at a plant medicine retreat and a residential compound doing gardening and painting. Hospitality work, gardening, animal care, food preparation, maintenance projects, creative decorating, teaching English, and anything to do with mushrooms would all be great with me! I am also good at editing, if you need help with any written English on a website or in a publication.
