Hello! We are a couple from Hong Kong, a very urban and fast-paced city. Having been city dwellers for many years, we start to wonder if this is the lifestyle we truly wanted. So here we are to embark on a new journey, hoping to experience the world, immerse in different cultures and lifestyles, make contributions and reflect on life!

Tsz Yan aka Rachel
I have been working in social service sector couple years now and I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life. In my alone time, I enjoy reading, sitting at cafes, yoga, spending time with my cats. I find peace and joy in the nature. Some of my proud achievements is climbing the Mount Fuji in Japan, and walking a 40 km trail in a day in Hong Kong.

Although I am by nature an introvert and you might find me shy at first, trust me I have big love for people (and animals) and trying out new things.

Kong Yan aka Bosco
Hey everyone! I'm Bosco, coming all the way from Hong Kong. I'm thrilled to be part of Workaway and have the opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture. I'm an avid hiker and nature enthusiast, always seeking out breathtaking views and new trails to conquer. When I'm not exploring the outdoors, I find joy in camping and creating delicious meals that bring people together.

This is our first time being Workawayers. We can't wait to meet you and have fun together :D

Quais são suas habilidades?

At home, we do a lot of cleaning. If you enjoy Chinese food, you might like our cooking too! We love our two dear cats Demogorgon and Chai Yum, who used to live on the streets and are gradually opening up to us. If you need any help with housekeeping or looking after animals, please leave that to us!

Bosco enjoys photography and brings a camera while we travel. Rachel really enjoys art (though urban life left her little time to work on it) and could help with anything related to painting, drawing and crafts. Korean aroma candle making and fluid art are some of things she could share about.

At work, we both work in the social service sector. Bosco helps fund social enterprise and Rachel does frontline social work. If you are interested in these areas, we would be happy to share.
