I am an optimistic Finn, looking to experience new cultures and environments. I´m not a frequent traveler and would love to actually get to know a place well with time, rather than just moving through it as a tourist. I thrive outdoors and prefer visiting towns and smaller cities, rather than busy big cities. I enjoy spending my time cooking and baking, especially when I can share it with others. When creating and learning new skills, is also when I thrive. At the time being, I am studying to become a teacher, and all my jobs so far have been with children so I am looking to experience something new for a change. I find it easy to get a long with other people and overall I have a calm, contemplative and sunny personality.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I speak Swedish, Finnish and English fluently and I have worked substitute teaching for grades 1-6, both before and during my teaching studies. An interest of mine is cooking and baking, and I am used to cooking for groups and gatherings with family and friends.
I can help around the house with things like cooking, cleaning and different chores needed to maintain a home. I am also happy to help with plant care and gardening if needed.
I enjoy mending and repurposing things and I have basic sowing skills. I also have some experience in painting both furniture and interior walls and putting up wallpaper. It´s also worth mentioning that I learn new things and new skills easily by first observing and then trying it out myself.

I enjoy connecting with people and learning about new cultures. I have previously been a member of a youth and student organization called AEGEE-Europe through which I have met and travelled with other like minded people.
In my free time I practice yoga and I am interested in how our minds work and how we can grow as humans.
I come from a large family so I would also say that I am patient, something I've also learnt through my work, and as someone who now has many nieces and nephews.
