Hej, I am Niklas :)
In the last years I found my passion for travelling due to quite some holidays with my family and individually with friends. What sticks out? I love the nature and getting to know new cultures - their people, food, habits as well as daily struggle - I just want to be part of it!
Hence I am looking so much forward to spend one year in South-East Asia.
Since I have been to an European School Copenhagen and volunteered at events and activities in-/ and outside my comfort zone, I am not worried about this experience. Rather, I am excited about all the great experiences and people I will meet and that I can do the volunteering and helping others on a daily basis while greatly broadening my horizon.
Besides nature, I am quite ambitious about sports, which is mainly connected to challenging my mind and body. In addition to this, I am a fan of cooking and having a good talk with others. Everybody has stories to tell, and I love listening to them!

For sure I wasn't born as a language talent. Nevertheless I am fond of learning new languages because that helps getting deeper into a culture! Also I am interested in reading about methods how to best teach languages and apply them to individuals. For me a big motivation is to see others progress and learning new things with my help.

Have you never heard of Ligretto? That card game is so simple, fast, competitive- just brilliant haha.
Other than that, enjoying the company of others (talking, playing, walking,…) is a big part of my life, which I value a lot.
Nevertheless I also need time for my own and cannot always be social. Usually that means workout time, where I can fully recharge.

I am a quite honest person and highly rank the honesty of others to improve the relationship as well as better understanding each other.
