Hello, I'm Nick, I'm originally from the UK and after travelling around Europe, I've decided to come back home and explore more of this fantastic country. Having already toured quite a bit of Europe, I've even lived in Italy, Czechia, Greece, and Romania, I feel it's a good idea to reconnect with my home country too and discover a lot more of the UK. I've mainly been based around cities; York and Exeter, but would love to explore more of the amazing countryside this place offers.

Previously I have worked as a Chef, Bartender/Waitstaff and as a Sales Manager so I have a varied work experience and I am always eager to take on any challenge. As a Workaway volunteer, I have helped out in hostels and done general maintenance with an outdoor leisure centre/swimming pool.

Quais são suas habilidades?

Having worked as a chef I can happily say I am proficient in cooking and cleaning, and I always enjoy learning new recipes and techniques; I would say I am skilled with most IT programs and I have some experience in marketing and sales, and can deal with a variety of administration tasks. My most recent jobs were all within hospitality and I absolutely love meeting new people and helping out wherever I can.

In previous workaways I have helped to build a treehouse, I've designed a vegetable garden (didn't get to see it fruition though), repainted dorms, and various other creative and restorative projects I so can lend a hand to everything, and am always willing to take on any challenge!

In my spare time, I really enjoy playing music, have been teaching myself the ukulele for the past few months and I absolutely adore writing, from poetry to prose to songs.
