Hello! I am 27 years old, love to learn new things, and love to get involved and be of use. I worked for three years as a police officer, and after suffering from burnout left that job to pursue other ventures. Since then I have lived at a Buddhist monastery, organized a small town treasure hunt for gold, taught an elementary school elective, volunteered with stray dogs in Costa Rica, worked on a cattle ranch for a month, volunteered at a retreat center, and participated in a paleontology dig in Montana. I love my family and friends and have trouble saying goodbye, but the world is quite big and I love meeting new people. I hope that as a workawayer, I can be of use to you and we can connect. I get enjoyment from feeling as though I am serving a purpose, and being of use to others.

Quais são suas habilidades?

Three years professional experience as a police officer responding to various calls for services ranging from domestic disputes and persons in crisis, to lost dogs and natural disasters. I am extremely familiar and comfortable working with animals. I spent two months recently volunteering at an animal rescue in Costa Rica with minimal oversight and resources. I have spent years doing various outdoor jobs and manual labor to include painting, gardening, furniture moving, gutter clearing, tree trimming, and other similar tasks. I am no stranger to hard work! I have also worked in the food service industry on and off for over seven years as a server, providing prompt and friendly service in a fast paced and hectic environment. I currently own and self manage a three unit rental property that I purchased in 2019. I also currently hold a real estate salesperson license in the state of Pennsylvania. I also serve as an auditor for my Borough.

I have been meditating consistently for the last seven years, including a month long stay at a Buddhist monastery in West Virginia.. Meditation is an extremely important practice for me and I am happy to share what I've learned. I really enjoy hiking, exploring, biking, climbing, reading, and hearing peoples stories. I am hoping to learn how to horseback ride soon!
