Dear hosts, first of all I'd like to present myself. I'm Candela, a Spanish girl currently studying Political Science at the University Carlos III of Madrid. I'm 19, I speak fluently spanish and english, and know basic french. I have some job experience but I would like the kind of opportunities that they offer in this website, as they are unique. I want to live this experience to get in contact with other cultures at the same time improving another language. I'm also very excited to get the opportunity of a job experience I might not get somewhere else, such as, farm care, hostel management, gardening, etc. Besides, I absolutely adore animals and would take any chance I have to be with them or take care of them. All in all,I would be very grateful if you took me in consideration for this work and cultural exchange experience.

I already had a workaway experience in an Italian farm, I went there with a friend and met wonderful people. It was a lot of hard work but it was also great and I would like to repeat, maybe in another destination.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have experience with cooking for many people, animal care, gardening, some light carpentry, cleaning, childcare, some management experience, and I have had small jobs selling/sponsoring certain productos from companies to the public. This skills I have obtained from various life experiences, for example, I have always loved animals and taking care of them, and since my grandparents had a milk-cow farm, with several other animals, I learned from a young age how to take care of them as well as how to ride a horse or milk a cow. I also have animals of my own. I have some knowledge on plant care as it is my mother's occupation, and she has taught me some of it. I am the middle child of 5 so I have had to take care of my siblings many times, and I have had to cook for more than 7 people as well. I'm not a professional, but I do believe I have some useful skills that might be what you are looking for, hopefully.
I speak english and spanish fluidly, I have a basic level of french, and know very little Italian. I love learning languages and I really would like to learn a new one or better the ones I do speak.

Candela: in the sports department I like hiking, also riding the bike and horse riding. Also I love team sports and swimming. I enjoy listening to music, dancing and watching movies.
