My name’s Carmen,
I have a property by the sea in Capicorp, comunitat Valenciana, province of Castellón, Spain (zip code 12579). I’m looking for a person, preferably two, who could stay during a period of time. You would be living in a lovely double room with bathroom. There is a fridge and an outdoor kitchen. The property has a pond and a lot of trees. It touches the sea. The main house is a 600 year-old watch tower . We are interested in maintaining the property .It would be necessary to have your own transport. The nearest supermarket is 1 km from home.There are 4 friendly dogs , one cat and hens + a rooster. The chores would basically be gardening, painting and varnishing. . The ideal situation would be 4 hours a day with different chores. Naturally there would be a great meal but food is not a problem. We speak various languages and the atmosphere is cool in the summer. There are 2 towns nearby with all type of activities, Alcossebre and Torrenostra.
