  I am a university professor and I have 4 children. I teach cultural history and music history at the Music and Art University of the City of Vienna. My children are 25, 19 (twins) and 13. All of them are very motivated and study at different universities. You help a lot in the household and would sometimes carry out the various tasks together with our guests. The house is a dreamlike villa from the 19th century. It is a small paradise in the middle of a very beautiful natural environment. We are looking for someone who is skilled and trained to do work in the house, such as painting the veranda with linseed oil or replacing small pieces of wood. We have a bricolage room (workshop) in the basement, equipped with everything. We are interested in culture and close to nature. Go on numerous hikes or short trips into nature (the Rai is 20 minutes away from us). In summer there are some cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.
  
  
  Ich bin Universitätsprofessorin und habe 4 Kinder. Ich unterrichte Kulturgeschichte und Musikgeschichte an der Musik und Kunst Universität der Stadt Wien. Meine Kinder sind 25, 19 (Zwillinge) und 13. Alle sind sehr motiviert und studieren an verschiedenen Universitäten. Sie helfen viel im Haushalt und würden teilweise gemeinsam mit unseren Gast die verschiedenen Arbeiten durchführen.
  Das Haus ist eine traumhafte Villa aus dem 19. Jh. Es ist ein kleiner Paradies mitten in einer sehr schönen Naturumgebung.
  Wir suchen jemand, der handwerklich begabt und auch ausgebildet ist, um Arbeiten im Haus durchzuführen, wie etwa die Veranda mit Leinöl streichen oder kleine Holzteile zu ersetzen. Wir haben im Keller ein Bricolage-Raum (Werkstatt), mit allem ausgestattet.
  Wir sind Kulturinteressiert und Naturverbunden. Machen zahlreiche Wanderungen oder kurze Ausflüge in die Natur (die Rai ist 20 min. von uns entfernt). Im Sommer gibt es einige Kulturangebote in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

  Ajuda

  I expect willingness to help together with us, manual skills (carpenter, or electrician ... or bricklayer ... or simply painter ...). Depending on the situation, we would be entrusted with other tasks. It would be nice if our guest also enjoyed nature, so he could mow the lawn or bless old wood in the garden.
  
  Help with gardening. Small vegetable patch and herb patch. Large garden with roses, mow the lawn. Handicrafts in the house: painting the door, sanding, painting, painting a wall in the cellar (with the help of our children and me). Chop wood. It would be particularly beneficial if the guest also had a little knowledge of an electrician (restoring lamps or making a connection).
  
  Hilfe bei der Gartenarbeit. Kleines Gemüsebeet und Kräuterbeet. Großer Garten mit Rosen, Rasen mähen.
  Im Haus Handwerkliches Arbeiten: Türe Streichen, Schleifen, Anstreichen, im Keller eine Wand anstreichen (mit Hilfe unserer Kinder und mir). Holzhacken. Besonders günstig wäre es, wenn der Gast auch ein wenig Ahnung als Elektriker hätte (Lampen restaurieren oder einen Anschluss tätigen).
  
  
  Ich erwarte Bereitschaft mit uns gemeinsam Arbeiten durchzuführen, handwerkliches Geschick (Tischler, oder Elektriker... oder Maurer... oder einfach Maler...). Je nachdem würden wir andere Aufgaben übertragen.
  
  Es wäre schön, wenn unser Gast auch Freude an der Natur hätte, so könnte er auch den Rasen mähen oder im Garten altes Holz segen.

  in your own house. A VILLA from 1879 built by the Ringstrasse architect THEOPHIL HANSEN. Upper class ambience with a large garden (park) and various salons (music salon, Japanese salon, green salon ..., tower in 3 heights) Nice, large rooms in the 19th century style, renovated, clean, very tastefully decorated. The house is 1 hour away from Vienna. Direct connection by train. The train station is 5 minutes from the house (by car). We drive our guest there or he / she rides a bike. The house is located in the countryside, in a small village community of approx. 300 people. Wonderful environment, nature.
  
  We cook a lot of vegetables, little meat, eggs from the country, lots of fruit and homemade bread and cakes every day. We shop very consciously. Our cuisine is Mediterranean (as I was born and raised in Spain myself).

  Im eigenem Haus. Eine VILLA aus dem Jahr 1879 gebaut vom Ringstrassenarchitekten THEOPHIL HANSEN. Grossbürgerliches Ambiente mit großem Garten (Park) und diverse Salons (Musiksalon, Japanischer Salon, Grüner Salon..., Turm in 3 Höhen).
  Schöne, große Zimmer im 19. Jh. Stil, renoviert, sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
  
  Das Haus ist 1 Stunde entfernt von Wien. Mit dem Zug direkte Verbindung. Der Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt (mit dem Auto). Wir fahren unseren Gast dahin oder er/sie fährt mit dem Fahrrad.
  
  Das Haus liegt im Grünen, in einer kleinen Dorfgemeinschaft von ca. 300 Personen. Wunderbare Umgebung, Natur.
  
  Wir kochen täglich viel Gemüse, wenig Fleisch, Eier vom Land, viel Obst und selbstgemachtes Brot und Kuchen. Wir kaufen sehr bewusst ein. Unsere Küche ist mediterran (da ich selbst in Spanien geboren und aufgewachsen bin).
