  I'm offering an opportunity for someone (aged 26-45: he is more accustomed to women helping since he has 2 daughters) that wants to live in Mallorca 15min bus ride to the center of the city, in exchange of helping out and giving company to my father at his flat. He's a bit lonely, he has a very fixed routine, but is open to changing it slowly with help of someone. He wants to start tennis for example. It would be great to find someone that can accompany him (walking or bus) to tennis & back.
  
  The job is to make daily improvements, cleaning and making lunch everyday. He is 80 years old but still active, he walks 40 kms a day to and back from the center sometimes and on the odd occasion likes going cycling. He has quite some unique stories of his life long adventures and business stories in London and travels.
  
  This is an Elderly Companionship with Cleaning and Cooking (incl. everything that entails that, such as making meal plans, taking rubbish down, buying the food for the cooking, etc.). There's a bus into the city behind the building, and there's the option of train into Palma too. It's very expensive to live in Palma - so NO food is offered additionally for the workawayer, theres a weekly stipend that must accommodate both, perfect for someone that can live on a budget (like myself). He enjoyes juices, smoothies, salads, eggs, and anything English. Its important to keep a healthy balance, we can work it out through a meal plan.
  
  Preferably someone with experience cleaning and cooking, feedbacks on the profile is a must.
  Im looking for a patient, active, very independent-working friendly person.
  No partying / or bringing guests (as its shared spaces) / no smokers please. There is no wifi in the flat, but McDonalds 5 min away has wifi.

  Experience living in Mallorca first and most important of all. We have a very laid-back culture being on an island. The experience will depend on how much you make the most of the transport and environment nearby. The flat is in a very local Spanish community area in Palma suburb, full of young families. Practice Spanish in the area in the daily coffee morning routine. Nobody speaks English in the area really.

  Looking for a healthy, active, patient, nice, calm person that wants to help a man have a more interesting life. Not looking for a partner, just some daily un-intrusive company. My father likes his space as he has been living alone for the past 10+ years already in this flat.
  
  - Weekly outing together to a market on the train for example
  - Deep Cleaning of the entire apartment. (incl. some improvements such as lifting, organizing boxes)
  - Make weekly meal plans, daily lunch meals, juices, smoothies, etc.

  A bed of 140x200cm, in a private bedroom with its own bathroom. In the flat there's a laundry room and a functioning kitchen.
  
  The apartment is on a 3rd floor with elevator, a spacious 2 bed, 2 bathroom, flat of aprox. 90m2. It's a modern duplex apartment. There is also a community pool. The area is a 15min bus ride to the center of Palma.

  Mallorca's furthest distance by car is 1.5-2h from one end to the other, so we get comfortable not driving very far, usually 30min max. Living in Palma you can get a bus or train into the center and explore the "Casco Antiguo", Cathedral and many other historic locations, such as Arabian Baths or Museums, libraries, etc.
  
  There's a bus (2min away) route every 15 min to the center of Palma, in Palma there's a bus to the beaches like Cala Mayor, Illetas, Cas Catala, or the other way like Can Pastilla where it's all kite surfing and sometimes surf.
  
  My ideal candidate will want to go explore the island on the train with my dad, and change up the routine by getting a coffee in another town somewhere and do this together once a week or when its possible. Theres Market days everyday on different towns in the island which are a lovely way to explore, this would involve walking to and back from the stations.
