Hello! We are Matt and Rosie from the UK :)

We are both transformational coaches who have a passion for all things spirituality and personal growth. We are eager to surround ourselves with a likeminded community and environment where we co-create and expand. We plan to travel to the right workaway at the end of October/start of November- hopefully that is you! :)

I am Rosie and alongside my coaching, I have a passion for creating mind, body and soul experiences (see skills section for more info). I love exploring the mind-body connection in both my own journey and the journeys of clients I have worked with. I have a natural ability to connect with others and love feeling connected with nature and the elements too . I am a creative soul with a organised and driven mind who loves to put passions into action.

I am Matt and alongside my coaching, I am a qualified mountain leader. I’m an adventurous soul with a can do attitude, I get out mountaineering & climbing often, and love to take on new projects, from converting my own van to starting my own online coaching business. I have a passion for creating transformational experiences in the outdoors and have found nature and adventure to be hugely healing in my own journey and within clients I support.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Overview: Social media and marketing, coaching and workshop facilitating, gardening, maintenance, DIY and hospitality.

The specific skills and experience we both have is expanded on below:

Rosie: I am fluent in English and have a strong level of Spanish after travelling South and Central America for 9 months and having weekly conversational classes back in the UK.

I have an accredited diploma in transformational coaching I have developed and hosted workshops across somatic work, mindfulness and connection. I have also hosted women's circles and sacred union spaces bringing in the masculine and feminine energies in us all.

I have strong knowledge of marketing through my degree as well as extensive skills in social media growth strategies and content creation through my own and other accounts.

Alongside my own business, I have been working the last year as a wellbeing coach for a charity not only delivering 1:1 and group sessions but organising and coordinating the whole wellbeing sector of the charity running scheduling, timesheets and booking systems highlighting my organisational and proactive skills.

I have also worked in hospitality roles as well as helped in the kitchen in a community in Mexico. I have also been an Air BnB host before so am comfortable using a booking system and keeping accommodation to a high standard of cleanliness.

Matt: I am Fluent in English and eager to learn Spanish to a high level.

I have a coaching accreditation as a deep transformational coach, as well as qualifications in Outdoor First Aid and Mountain Leadership. I have skills in leading & facilitating transformational workshops both in and outdoors.

Sales & Marketing Skills - worked at a multi-million pound coaching business using a variety of marketing & sales techniques to attract & sign new clients into the companies’ programmes.

I can offer my skills within carpentry, maintenance and gardening, having worked in Australia building homes, carried out site and garden maintenance at a campsite in Canada and also converting my own camper van from scratch.

Hospitality Skills - I’ve worked various jobs in hotels, bars and function rooms totalling 2 years and can take on any cleaning, maintenance or service work with ease.
