Though primarily rooted in the Appalachian mountains, I feel a sense of belonging in many places in this world... especially Western NC + Hawaii. I find joy in letting life be like a scavenger hunt, allowing myself to be intuitive, playful, and deeply curious.
I received a B.A. in a self-designed program of Eco-therapy + a minor in Sustainable Development at Appalachian State University to contemplate the entangled + inextricable web between personal and planetary healing.
I love learning to live a creative life that feels regenerative...making plant medicine, facilitating ecstatic dance, re-enchanting landscapes, being a nature-connection mentor for children and adults, supporting community gardens, studying permaculture, and deepening into rites of passage work. I have a PDC and a decent basket full of garden experience :-)
I love alchemizing my experiences into little writings to share in hopes of being a stepping stone for others on their path.

From my memory, it was challenging, but an incredible opportunity for growth. Keren never allowed me to become overwhelmed & always made an effort to provide extra help when needed. I never felt like I was totally alone because she encouraged me to go to her for help, even if that meant waking her
I just happen to come at a slow time when things were just getting started. It's got the community feel, but not yet a spiritual center. When they say they want someone self sufficient/motivated, they mean it. I was left alone without guidance for majority of the time I was there. As someone with little
